651 Carpets is a fantastic company, two of their carpet installers just spent an hour in a half installing new carpet in one of the bedrooms. It's a work of art and the color is bright and beautiful. The installers were very well mannered and left the bedroom clean. This is the second time we have used 651 Carpets and each time they were professional's and did an outstanding job. I recommend to family and friends all the time that 651 Carpets are the ones to call when they need new flooring. Thanks 651 you knocked it out of the park again. Repeat customer for over 10 years. 651 Carpets continues to earn our business with their excellent customer service, professional installation and affordability. 651 Carpets has installed new flooring and granite countertops throughout our entire home in Plymouth, MN and we could not he happier. Time and time again they come out on top for best price, product quality, professional installation, and they are fast! This time we just needed to replace the carpet in our daughter's bedroom and was installed the next day perfectly. It looks beautiful and we cannot wait to surprise her. 651 Carpets had their top of the line carpet with pad available in a remnant so we saved a ton of money too. I highly recommend 651 Carpets. It was great. They put in great flooring and great carpet. The problem that I have is with the salesperson, no knowledge whatsoever. We told them about our computer desk downstairs with our rolling chaur well come to find out. It's not warrantined because the rolling chair pulled up the vinyl planking in front of the computer. They, however, gave me a fifty dollar gift card to buy chairmatt, but not enough to buy a tempered glass, only a plastic rolling one. So now the floor is coming up, all I ask, was they replace the planks that are coming up, I would hope for a good outcome if they replace it. i will up the stars if they don't I will have to see where I go from here. I also have been treated With disbelief that it was coming up, they sent out two guys immediately told me it was the chair's fault And there's nothing they can do.The warranty is void.Review from Michon M

Do not use this company. My flooring was improperly installed. It was reported immediately and I was treated terribly. I had my entire home carpeted and LVT in the kitchen and dining. The LVT gets worse every year, it squeaks and cracks when walking on it. It just gets worse as the years go by.Review from angel m

If I could leave a zero star I would. My boyfriend and I had vinyl flooring for the basement and a vinyl sheet for our basement bathroom installed. The sales guy offered us product options and said if they don't have anything in stock they would let us know. We agreed that if it wasn't in stock they could come at a later date. The flooring installation was terrible no actual proof with photos sent one photo of an area we said was fine. The company then says its our sub flooring that's an issue. Don't say you can fix the flooring to level if you can't. Then they can't do anything they promised in the bathroom. Instead of saying they are out of stock they install a completely different color and product thinking we wouldn't notice. They send a check for 202 dollars for the bathroom out of a job over 4000 dollars I find it hard to believe that the bathroom was 202 dollars. We didn't agree to the check sent haven't cashed it. My boyfriend posts here and the company says he agreed to that. Another lie he did not. Yes it took him time to post after several emails being unanswered and being ignored by them. Who at the bbb is on there payroll that all these complaints meet expectations for the companies response. Just a horrible company. Does 651Carpets stand for liars and scam artists and bbb stand for protect horrible companies and forget the customers. Do not use this company or I'm sure you will regret it.651Carpets, Inc. We are sorry to hear that the customer is still not satisfied. This has already been discussed thoroughly and the customer agreed to the refund that was given for miscommunication of expectation (not actual installation error). The complaints the customer has have been addressed and explained. To slander the company name is unwarranted and unkind. Sorry there is nothing more that can be doneReview from Osten S

We had lvp flooring put in and during the installation they recommended the subfloor to be replaced too, which we did. After a while we are having what appears to be a screw head push up thru the flooring. I sent pictures to them as proof. They are denying responsibility of an incorrectly installed subfloor and they stated the warranty for the flooring is expired. This is an obvious workmanship issue and should be addressed, but it’s not. Phone calls have normally been unreturned and the one conversation I finally did have they told me for $200 they could have someone come and assess it and see if it could be repaired at my cost. Horrible customer service and when I do replace my carpets in the near future, it won’t be with 651 Carpets.Review from Yuri G

We could not be Halperin with the service and craftsmanship. Hector and Jose, who installed the floors, were respectful, courteous and mindful of my needs through the process. They finished in a reasonable amount of time, and did a great job replacing the furniture. I would recommend 651carpets to friends and family. Thank you, GarciasReview from breanna k

Got initial quote; when I called to schedule their priced had went up over $500 because they ran out of the selected color and didn't have any other carpet that was on sale- so I got the same quality carpet but for a higher price> I should have found a new company at that point but I continued. We had them install and the subs broke 2 doors while installing it. My husband went to the flip house to check progress- the installers didn't mention they had broke the top hinges off of the upstairs doors and they were both dangling, nor did they mention that they took a poop in the new toilet which was just installed and didn't even have water in the tank or toilet yet!!!!!!! BUT- they did pass along their own personal business cards so they could cut 651 carpets out of the loop. Since this review is about 651 Carpets let's bring it back to how they handled this situation- did they hadel it like true professionals and making the situation right?? **of course not- they took no fault for the doors and just apologized for the mess in the toilet. long story short- I don't know who to call for carpet install but I can tell you who NOT to call- 651 carpets ; they will change their prices and not correct wrongs or take any responsibility for damaging your home.
