Around a year ago on May 4th I received my transmission from of my ********** Lancer Evolution after it was rebuilt by SSP Performance. I paid roughly $2000 in total to have the rebuild done. I received my transmission and installed it per the instructions by ********** and SSP Performance. After around 2 weeks of diagnosing I found that there was a plug that was not in its proper place after the rebuild. This caused the transmission to be stuck in an undrivable state. I replaced the valve body that the plug was missing from as directed by SSP Performance, this was a $2200 part that did not have this issue before it was sent out. After many trips to a ********** service center my transmission was diagnosed with an issue from the rebuild. I have not been able to drive my car at all in the past year. **** at SSP Performance was really responsive until around 2 weeks ago when I told him the transmission diagnosis. He refused to answer any of my calls, texts, and emails. I had the previous owner of the car call **** as he worked with him prior to me owning the car. During that phone call the previous owner asked a question regarding my car and **** instantly hung up the phone and refused to talk about the issue. I have given him multiple chances to resolve the situation but he has refused to respond. I would like my transmission to repaired, replaced, or have a full refund for all the expenses related to the rebuild issues; rebuild itself, shipping, towing fees, and the valve body cost
