On March 5, 2022, I went to return a car I had bought from them due to the transfer case breaking on it. I then choose to buy a ***** Trailblazer LXT for $3000. I had given cash to a worker of theirs, named *******************. Who I believed was an employee of Shores Auto LLC. His boss is *********************. With only $900 left to pay on the car, which terms where written and signed. I look at my paper work and it's $1000 dollars shorter than what I actually paid to them for a down payment of $2100. ********************* will not answer his phone or return phone calls. Other Shores employees do not even know that it was being repossessed. It states in the paperwork that I would be contacted to try and resolve issues before repossession and I wasn't. With Covid, it has been tough getting back to work and finding a job to maintain... but just as I got back to it and to make it even with them. They come without warning and take my car. I have had to do nothing but have work done to it and it's still not running correctly. They souped it up enough to sell it and then because of being between jobs and car repairs I could t pay them on time. And now this. Please help me get this s*** for an auto dealer shut down.

On 8/18/2021 I bought a jeep from SHORES Auto. It seemed to be a great deal and the mechanic said he guaranteed it would get me to California no problem. Traveling alone with 2 small dogs the Transmission light came on within 100 miles and the jeep stopped running. I had to drive and let it cool all the way to Lansing, KS where a jeep dealership had time to service it. I had to finance $800. in work through Sunbit including rotors and pads. Rotors were totally rusted. Transmission service was required. This cost me 4 extra nights in hotel fees also. The light kept coming on all the way to California. Once I got here the headlight went out but not just a bulb, a T.I.P.M. box that cost $450. I finally had a friend rewire from the other light but he said when it goes again they will both go out. That could happen when I am driving at night! Them my Exhaust was making horrible noise! My son said it's so rusted underneath it is dangerous and should have never been sold. This jeep is too dangerous to drive. My son's name is Brandon Brett and he welded a piece of metal on the exhaust for over an hour. He sprayed some kind of paint to stop the rust but it won't repair it. Two days ago the exhaust started making a loud noise again. He said there is nothing else to weld onto. I know it will not pass an inspection in June! I won't be able to trade it because of the condition. I am a poor widow. I won't have a car to drive when registration is up and I still owe over $6,000 plus paying for those repairs. Also the two passenger side tires have cracks and lose air all the time. I have contacted this company many times by calls, messages and letters. They do not respond. I would like for them to take possession of the jeep and repay the money I put out and release me from my financial responsibility. I need my credit rating and need help from the Better Business Bureau to resolve this bad purchase. My feet feel like they hit the ground when I break or hit a bump. HELP.
