      I am currently a extremely unsatisfied United Prairie (UP) customer. What was supposed to be a perk - the fraud detection alert service - provided as a distraction to bank customers after the ******* embezzlement scandal - has become a form of harassment.I am getting constant, unnecessary fraud alerts a minimum of once a month, and recently, almost weekly, each with the accompanying threats to lock my account because apparently paying my recurring membership fee to the gym right down the road from me and similar transactions are now cause for ever more frequent fraud alerts. But not any of my out of state purchases.When I return the calls I am connected to representatives with thick accents who tend to talk over me, which makes an already distressing situation worse. UP has purposefully created this hostile situation knowing anyone who complains about communicating with non-native English-speaking people with extremely thick accents is putting themselves in a position of being called racist. This use of political correctness as a deterrent to a justifiable complaint concerning the breakdown in communication on top of the fraud detection alert harassment is despicable...I had yet another such incident when I attempted to make an online purchase today. I went to use my card, to spend my money only to receive the following message, "Your card does not support this type of purchase." I have been forced to repeatedly and more frequently call the bank and basically beg to be allowed to spend my own money.
