They inaccurately misrepresented themselves by saying they will make sure our clime is valid and that our clime should be because they have done this type of services before and stand on this clime, they mentioned that they would contact our insurance company to explain the issue, they also said that their company has dealt with these issues many times before. Our wall panels,floor boards,and an intact kitchen cabinet with sink would be left here in our home for possible reuse in the repairing of our home,we were not made aware that our electricity would be used to operate their equipment, 1 of their employee's I saw smoking in the cab of their truck was a cannabis vipe pipe, 1 of their employee's stole a cannabis cartridge from our home. After we informed them that we received notice that our insurance claim was denied, that they would send someone over to file a fraudulent claim and asked us to pay for the paper clime in cash?. They made a verbal agreement of a payment arrangement plan and now they have advised us that they have put a lien on our home if payment in full is not received within 10 days. We did not have use of our basement for more than 6 to 7 weeks. They verbally gave us hope of too many false claims on the possibility of our insurance claim and the repairs on our home. I will never do business with their company again nor recommend anyone to do business with this company.

This company exceeded our expectations - communication and response time was quick and their team was out to help at my home the same day. They were able to get things repaired and up and running for us again quickly, which was very appreciated by my family and I. They went out of their way to make the process easy for us and walked us through everything along the way, I would happily recommend them to anyone!
