Purchased a putter and mallet cover from 2nd swing and order claimed to ship in one day and it didnt When order is shipped I receive it and all that arrives was the cover. No expensive putter. Try to call their support line on the email and it transfers you then hangs up. Did it to me 6-7 times and so I have sent an email and have not heard back. Currently out $250 thanks to second swingBusiness response

Hello
We received the letter from the BBB in regards to this complaint. We apologize for not responding to previous attempts. We did not see those. According to our records with **************************** both the putter and the headcover that was ordered was received. Fed Ex tracking information is included below. The reason for two shipments was that the headcover was not located at the same location as the putter. Therefore, we sent two separate shipments.
The phone call situation that ******************* described is due to calling in after hours. Unfortunately the automated answering service does not provide the ability to leave a message. We looked up *********************** email after seeing this letter and were not able to find his email reaching out to service. Based on what ******************* described, I'd be frustrated as well. We apologize for that! If any issues take place or there is an opportunity to service a customer we want to fully engage that opportunity. Please let us know if there is any further action needed. We believe ******************* received his putter and his headcover based on Fed Ex deliveries. Thank you!
