Fetch delivered two packages to the wrong address on January 17, 2022. The delivery person took a picture of the package sitting in front of someone else's apartment. On January 17, 2022 I reported the problem to Fetch in the app and via email. Since then, I have tried to call Fetch 5 times and waiting 45 minutes or more each time to be disconnected. The emails have been generic responses that it has forwarded and someone will be in touch. This is the message below: "This is XXXXX with Fetch. Happy to support you today! We are so sorry we missed your call. All of our customer support agents were busy assisting other callers at that time. We wanted to follow-up with you. We see you reached out about 2 packages that were marked delivered yesterday but you did not receive them. Thank you for sending us this information and for your continued patience. We are sending this inquiry over to our Live Delivery Investigations Team. We will be in touch with you soon."I have received the exact same message from ******* at 8:48pm on 1/17, **** 12:27pm on 1/18, *********************** 3:38pm on 1/18, Vivianna 11:46 am on 1/19, ****** 6:41pm on 1/19. Then, Steph asks me for the tracking number on 1/19 at 10:17pm. I responded with the tracking numbers for both packages. Steph asks for the tracking number again on 1/10 at 4:54pm. It's like they don't know who is doing what so no one is doing anything. There is disorganized chaos. Fetch delivered my packages to someone else, now I have to go and provide the tracking number and proof that it was sent. Their delivery person took a picture of it sitting in front of someone's door. I want to file a complaint I live in a large apartment complex. The office manager said there are 5 buildings with the same apartment number as mine, 235. They told me to call Fetch and file a complaint for delivering my packages to the wrong address. I can't talk to anyone at Fetch to file a complaint and the emails are going no where.
