      This review is about Coolibars customer service. After being diagnosed with melanoma in 2015, I discovered Coolibar clothing and have been a long time customer since. June 2024 I received an order for products totaling over $300. I had a question about an item that had not shipped yet. I called customer service. I was on hold for over two hours and finally had to hang up because it was 6pm ET. ******** answered my email a day later. ******** informed me my product was out of stock (still selling on website at time) and their phones had been down a WEEK. When I asked why they didnt post phones being down on their website ******** ignored my emails. During this I asked how they were going to make it right-******** sent me a 20% coupon-Coolibar was having a 25% sale on their website at the time. What a joke. When ******** stopped responding I messaged Coolibar through ******** Messenger. The response in messenger was they were sorry and would notify the team and get back to me. That was early July ********************************************* Here is the request number on the emails for reference. (******). ******** was the service representative through email. I plan to use multiple platforms to get the word out that Coolibars customer service *****. Do better **********************.

      When I received my package there were vials of ********* and Epinephrine in the bottom of the box. On-line these are described as drugs used for numbing and loss of feeling for medical procedures and can stop your heart if taken in larger quantities.When I called Coolibar customer service on their toll free line to express my concern and how dangerous it would be if a child or anyone ingested it, they didnt apologize or take responsibility and seemed to deny it, saying IF it happened. The customer service rep even wanted me to send pictures of the drugs and package to his own private email which made me feel like he was trying to hide what happened, and when I said I would send it to the main customer service email for ********************** he claimed he didnt know who would see the pictures there seemingly trying to imply it was not worth sending the evidence there. I still sent them to the main service email at Coolibar. Stunned that rather than being worried and apologizing saying it will never happen again. They said IF it happened. Why are there medical grade drugs being sent in a package to our homes?

      I placed an order for regular shipping and it changed to priority. I called immediately. At first I was kept on hold, then I was in a chat and was told I had to fill out a form before speaking with a representative. The form turned out to be for "Pissed Customer". I never received confirmation that the $35. shipping fee was removed from my paypal. I never was able to speak to a representative. I would never order from them again, ************* I have ever dealt with.

      This company has NO customer service. I called their suggested number and was placed on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes never spoke to a person. Total scam. HORRIBLE Product did not fit. Not worth the money or time.

      I ordered size L/XL but during the ordering process the size got changed back to the default size S/M. I called immediately and spoke with someone in customer service and explained what happened. I asked to have the size corrected. I was told their system would not allow any changes once the order was made (even if the order went in two minutes before. I then asked to cancel the order. I was told, again NO CAN DO. I was told I would have to wait until I received the order and then return it. I received It today and started the return. I was told in the return process that I would have to pay (almost $7.00) to return it. This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 79 years. And Im a veteran to-boot.

      Coolibar well dont know what kind of materiel this was but got my wife a small unisex shirt a fight for cancer. She washed it once and it is sooooooo large she can where as a long dress! I contacted Coolibar numerous times with no resolution, they said keep the shirt no REPLACEMENTS, then they said wheres your receipt not without a receipt so This had been sent numerous times too.

      Called customer service for some assistance with a return. The girl was impatient, condescending with lots of attitude. Most disappointed with the call since I have been a good customer for **********************. I expected to be treated with courtesy. They have lost a customer with myself and friends for the lack of caring on the part of their customer service department.
