HELLO, TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I BOUGHT THE BUBBLE TEA GIFT SET FROM MY LOCAL ******* AND IM NOT TOO PLEASED WITH IT. THE BUBBLE TEA ITSELF HAD NO FLAVOR, THE TAPIOCA PEARLS/BALLS WOULD NOT *** PROPERLY EVEN WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WATER, HEAT, ETC. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT IT IS THE ****** I DOUBT ***** DO ANYTHING AND *** PROBABLY SEND ME TO A DIFFERENT SITE/COMAPNY BUT I FIGURED ID REACH OUT ANYWAY. Also $13 for garbage boba and some plain/creatine like powder(boba tea) is outrageous. I also tried using your broken contact us link and the message didn't go through. Im not buying anymore products from this company again. 40 minutes to literally stand there and watch as the boba literally does nothing, the smell is absolutely disgusting, etc. THANK YOU,*************** I STILL HAVE THE PACKAGING AND EVERYTHING IF NEEDED.Business response

We called **************** but the line was disconnected. We emailed him an apology and have already connected with him and sent a refund check for $13 which is what he requested of us.
