I took a day off of work for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2025 HRV. Was told multiple times while buying the car that it comes with free oil and tire rotation for a year. I have just under 5400 miles on the car so I schedule an appointment. I mentioned this program to the service rep who took my call and set up the appointment. They said to just mention it when you get here and the service rep will take care of it. Well I did and Honda will not pay for the oil change and tire rotation because there just isn’t enough wear of the oil. The oil filter is just as important of changing as is the oil, a dirty clogged filter can do engine damage, Which I’m sure if it would happen Morries Honda would say they are not responsible because the oil filter was not changed on a regular basis. By the way Morries was more than happy to still perform the service for $105.00. So I wasted a pto day from work and my time driving from Belgium just to hear sorry you’re not getting your free oil change and tire rotation. Anyone thinking of buying a Honda from Morries and you get this service program be careful. The employees I worked with were James H*****, Tyler W*****, Emile G******** and Brad Kre****** There are other Honda retailers out there and I advise buyers to look elsewhere. Customer service is not Morries Honda strength!Review from Steve N

Very very poor communication all around I have a 2022 jeep Compass bought from the lot in Chippewa Falls area I wouldn't recommend buying anything from a Morrie's ever again and for anyone who decides to buy from the Morrie's the sold me a vehicle that had a hole in the air filter box there refusing to communicate so they dont have to deal with fixing it which is very very poor business I called the Morrie's in Chippewa cause thats where I bought it called them about the part haven't heard from them or the Onalaska for it to get fixed I diffently don't think I should pay it considering I bought the car with just over 26 thousand miles on it don't even have 36 thousand on it then they left a part when the car left there shop from some one at a Pischke shop in La Crosse they noticed it was a price from a headlight area they stuffed behind my motor block which could have been terrible being the owner of the vehicleReview from Darik N

My son and I purchased a new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab 1500 on 11/6/2018 from Forest Lake Automotive Group with the full understanding of the Pro Lifetime Powertrain warranty. Morries the new owners of the dealership as of 2022 is stating it's not valid because we did not take the loan out through their finance department, (Please note that this was never mentioned during our transaction, furthermore our financing Credit Union is clearly depicted on the Warranty document that we have.) Morries is stating that there is no signature or date on the electronic warranty document(there is) with a warranty document number. This was an electronic signature, so it still should be valid. I spoke with an underwriting representative for CNA who provides the warranty to the dealerships. I was informed on 8/20/24 that that the warranty was voided on the same day of the purchase 11/6/2018. We had received no communication with the dealership that this had occurred either in writing or verbally. If this would have been understood, by us, we would have canceled the sale as this was the incentive offered. In my opinion, the dealership brazenly did this not to lose a sale. Thank you for your consideration.Review from Kyle f

Three months ago, I purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu from the Tomah location. Within the first 12 hours of having it, the timing chain blew. However, the employees at the dealership took it back without any questions, fixed it, and returned it promptly, treating me with utmost politeness and care. Additionally, my father bought a 2015 F-150 from the same dealership, and the Transfer Case malfunctioned within the first 2 weeks of ownership. Once again, Morrie's took it in without any inquiries and did not charge him for the repairs. I am a loyal supporter of Morrie's due to their exceptional customer service and the way they have consistently treated both me and my father like royalty whenever we visit their establishment.Review from Wayne O

I'm a veteran, purchased a car at Morrie's Chevy West Salem, Wi. They offered $500.00 dollar veterans discount and the confirmation was a nightmare to verify that I am a veteran. Still not resolved after purchasing the car.Review from Matthew W

They charged me thousands of dollars to steal parts and endanger the public with intentionally bad suspension-chassis service. When I called to complain they ignored me.Review from Regan T

Bought a 100k car online for their asking price...It's been 3 months and I still don't have my title.... I'm starting to wonder if this is a whole big scam. My temp plates expired a month ago so can't drive either... don't know what my next steps are... been asking nicely for months now and hasn't gotten me anywhere...Review from Matthew P

Morrie's Car Buying Center 12608 Wayzata Blvd in Minnetonka Next Door to Morrie's Subaru. Don't waste your time with DeMarcus in sales or with Scott the appraiser. Promising to have an offer within Kelly Blue book trade in range is a complete lie. Lowest end of the KBB trade in for my vehicle was 2,200 and they only offered a measly 1,500. Not worth even trying to do business with them.Review from Randy N

I bought a new Nissan Pathfinder in 2013 from Morries Nisssan in Brooklyn Park (since closed with no customer notification) with the Morrie's Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. I went to trade my vehicle in on a new Pathfinder and was told there was a code coming from the vehicles computer saying the transmission was slipping and needing repairs or replacement. I took the vehicle to a Nissan dealer near my home to look into the problem and they verified the transmission needed replacement at an estimated cost of $7000. I took all my maintenance records to the dealer so they could apply for the lifetime warranty coverage I was supposed to have and they submitted a stack of maintenance receipts over an inch thick. Surprise , surprise - the warranty company found that I was missing 3 receipts for air filters and 1 receipt for a brake fluid change and because of that they could not cover the transmission repair. Imagine the shock to learn that replacing ai filters myself at $10 instead of paying a dealer $30 or more would void a warranty for transmission work. All Morries dealerships are continuing to to offer this SCAM warranty and I would advise anyone dealing with Morries to be aware that this "BUY HAPPY" warranty is a complete and TOTAL SCAM.Review from Janyce D

We own a 2013 Cadillac SRX, bought in 2016 from Wilcox in Forest Lake, now owned by Morries. Had a noise and vibration in the rear, brought it into Morries in Forest Lake for a diagnostic check. They did not do the diagnostic check (did not receive paper work or were charged for a diagnostic check) They gave us an estimate for replacement of the complete exhaust system from front to back at a cost of approximately $4800. it was suggested that we take it to a muffler shop. We then had out local mechanic look at it, there was nothing wrong with the exhaust system. We then took it to Whitaker Buick and had a diagnostic check done, found it was the drive shaft. They ordered the part and our vehicle was ready the next day. Have not had any problems since, runs great. When it was Wilcox/Forest Lake Automotive Group, we had great service, now since it has become Morries, there seems to be a different standard of customer service.. We do not recommend Morries to anyone, and will never go back.Morrie's Automotive Group Response

**************** has been an outstanding customer for years. On his last repair visit, ** is absolutely correct, we did not charge him to look at it. Instead, we had the customer go on a test drive with a journeyman tech and listen for the noise. When they returned from the test drive the technician put the vehicle in the air for a visual inspection. At that time, we found repairs that needed to be performed to the exhaust system. We looked up the cost of repairs and suggested the customer to go to our local exhaust shop to help save him some money. We could not verify that a rear axle or driveshaft was noisy at that time. Repair Order #****** reads... Customer states noise from rear end up to 3rd gear into 4th. Tech findings...rattling coming from under the muffler, Customer declined repairs. I'm very sorry to see **************** go but I don't feel we did anything wrong by not charging him. Thank you, ********************* (Service Manager)
