This all started with being treated rudely at the family pathways food shelf by their employee ********. I had called to see if I was able to make a pickup appointment not only for me but my dad who is disabled. I stated to ******** that my father is not able to pick up food for himself and this would be the first time he is picking up food from family pathways. He said that was no problem. They had an open appointment for the next day and that I could pick up for food for my dad and I. So naturally, the next day I went to pick up food for my father, and I ******** was working again. He had asked for my last name, and to fill out a new form for my dad. As I was done, I handed him back my dads information and started grabbing a cart to collect food and he immediately shout at me. What are you doing! I stated picking up a full shop for my dad and I. He said no. You will need to pickup for only yourself and make another appointment to pick up for my dad I was quit confused and discouraged at this point. His attitude was gross and cold. I tried to tell him what he told me yesterday and he stated in a rude tone that I misunderstood and thats not how things run around here. I filed a complaint with corporate. Apparently they are handling it yet he acts the same way. I stopped going there even know I need the food. I dont have the time to be treated this way. So I try out their family pathways thrift store that is horribly over priced and I decided to spend roughly $30 on a few pair of jeans. I unfortunately wasnt able to try them on dude to the dirtiness of their fitting rooms so I tried them on at home and unfortunately none of them fit. I went the next day to try to return them since I spend so much money and they told me no and again were rude and condescending and I told him I didnt understand the return policy and it was never told me that they couldnt be returnedso again complained with corporate and the best they can do is not send me a 30 dollar card.
