Purchased a family package for 24 chiropractic adjustments for $720 ($30 per adjustment) on August 17, 2022. My husband and I have used 6 adjustments since then. I attempted to make an appointment about 3 weeks ago but found the appointment website not working. A couple days later I tried calling the number and it said disconnect. It is a small town and the owner was born here so I reached out to local people to find out what was happening, nobody knew. I messaged him on ******** messenger on April 12, 2023 with no response. I have just found out from people who know him that he has left town and moved to ********. I would like reimbursement for the 18 adjustments that we did not receive which would be prorated to $540Business response
