On April 14, I ordered 2 Eczema Pajamas Kids Shirts totally $124.11. On April 19, I received 1 Eczema Pajamas Kids Shirt and 1 pair of pants. I emailed Soothems on April 20, April 23, April 29, and April 30 asking for a resolution and have not received a response. When I try to call their company line, I am sent immediately to voicemail. I questioned if the company is even still in business, but I believe they are as I am still receiving marketing emails. My child has severe eczema on her arms and torso, and the Soothems shirt provides her relief. She never wants to take it off. With only one shirt, it is a fight to get it off her so we can wash it. This adds to an already brutal cycle of eczema flareups, tantrums, and lack of sleep for our family. Given all this, I am hoping Soothems can rectify the issue and at the very least respond.Initial Complaint

Will not respond back for an authorization number for a return. Purchased April 15th and received two weeks after purchased. Have called and left a message. Sent three emails. No response.
