The business- Bills Towing- should not have been contacted for a tow given where I drive off the road. I didnt consent to a tow being called, the state patrol person did so without my consent (I have AAA), but it was firmly within the area where ******, of ******, should have been contacted- Ive spoken to them, and they were not. Its difficult to put in writing how completely in appropriate Bills towing was (**** was the driver who dealt with my car) but he did not give me a choice to get into his truck, and he did not allow me to leave his truck. He locked the doors. He said it was for my own safety, but there were several opportunities for me to go into my own vehicle that had a functional lock, or stay with a member of the St. ******* police force. He spoke about his *** life, in detail, and pressed for details about my own personal and intimate life that I did not want to share under any circumstances. He also continuously raised his voice and used violent language when speaking to me about his and my potential personal life, and to those on his phone, while emphasizing that any reaction I might have would be invalid because that was how he spoke.On top of all this I was charged $800- $400 for winching my car out, in a way that damaged my alignment, and $400 for the tow, which was ten miles. He threatened to charge me for the storage, as well, if I didnt stay as such a nice girl.
