      This last month speedee has been refusing to deliver multiple packages to my business because during a previous delivery attempt the driver had opened the door and set off the alarm system multiple hours before the business was open. The business hours are listed and reported to speedee on multiple occasions. They constantly used to try to deliver outside of business hours. Now they take the package back to their warehouse and let it sit till the shipper calls them to find out why the package hasnt been delivered and they claim "missort" seems like speedee is a ***** and vindictive "company" very unprofessional customer ********************** people every time i've called. Tried to call speedee time and time again about my packages they will say they will look further into the issue and call me back but never receive a call back.

      He called customer ********************** about the alarm issue.....stated he was suing **** *** Delivery....and did not want us back to deliver and would never use us again.  So all packages are being sent back at this time.

      I ordered a product on 2/29, it was given to Spee-*** *** slow-*** on 3/1, it sat for days until it was out for delivery on 3/4, was never delivered, stated it was out for delivery on 3/5, the entire day it was not delivered. My family was home and I check tracking again and says it was delivered. Walked my entire property, checked all cameras, there was no one here. Therefore, the only obvious thing was that Spee-*** is being untruthful and either lost the delivery and lying about delivery, or they screwed up and delivered to the wrong address. By reviewing other responses, it appears this company has zero interest in resolving their issues and I will have no issue pushing this forward and finding a resolution that fits my frustration.

      I am sorry for the late delivery and then not seeing it delivered.  Please reach out to the shipper and they will contact the representative for them.  We will get this resolved....sorry for the experience you had with this delivery.

      With the limited information...without a tracking number.......all I can say is I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations on delivery time.  If you could get a tracking number, full delivery address we would be able to research and further attempt to answer any questions on this order.

      *************** reports they deliver my order and show no proof. Call Menards which is place of purchase on line they refer to *************** and *************** refer me back to menards. All I'm getting is the run around . can you help A full refund either from menards itself or the delivery service they use which is *************** would solve this issue.       We ordered from a company Tuesday 8/1, and it was shipped out morning of 8/2 with ********* It was scanned in *********, ** as origin, about 52 miles from our residence. It has since not been scanned again, has not been attempted for delivery, and contacting support was met with a response that they will be asking the delivery driver to attempt delivery tomorrow - which I feel is not acceptable for a package that has not moved in close to a week.I have no reassurance of when the item will arrive, and since it is specialty food for our dog recovering from surgery, each day it lags we lose $15/day in locating the food locally which is in short supply.It shouldn't take more than 2 days to deliver 52 miles.

      I am sorry if there was any delay on such an important package......I would need the tracking number and full delivery address to investigate further...any compensation that you are looking for would not come from us as we would have to deal with the shipper directly and see what the contract is with that company and what type of delivery expectations was given when the shipper started an account with us.  Please contact whom you ordered from and have them contact there direct represenative on our end to resolve this issue.

      We ordered some shoes from a company that used Speedy as there shipper and we never received the delivery. The company tills us they were delivered per Speedys tracking and so there is nothing they can do. Contacted Speedy and they sent me the same thing saying it was delivered. They have no proof such as photos of the product at my door step just a log by the driver. They told me to bad you are not our customer.

      Just now, your driver was going at least ****************************** a 30 mph. ********* license plate number *******. This is unacceptable. This was at 12:23 pm today. Someone could get hurt. Deiver needs to be disciplined.

      My package was given to SPEE-DEE ********************** service for fulfillment from another company on 11/7/2022. A note was left on our door on 11/8/2022 because we were not home to receive the package. The slip stated to sign and leave it on the door so the driver could leave the package (as both adults in the home work full-time and we are not home regularly). I signed and left it on the door. When I got home, another note was left on top of the note I placed back on the door, stating it would be sent back to the seller. When I called customer **********************, she stated all she could do was "try to call the driver" or I could drive 2 hours away to the distribution center in *********, ** to pick up my package. I asked if she would let me know an update regarding the call to the driver and she told me that I would either receive the package, or I would not receive a call from her, as she "wouldn't have anything to update me on". She also asked if I had signed and I did tell her yes, yet I never received a call nor my package.

      I am sorry you did not get the order....I would need to know what company it was sent from...if it is alcohol it would need a signature with photo ID....not sure why the driver would not leave the package....as most residentials do not need signatures.....you would need to contact whom you ordered from to find out the reason that was done.

       

      Although the request to pick up from our distribution center is a normal response from customer ********************** just to give you an option as a lot of people would like to pick up same day it was to arrive.  To not update you....that representative should have been able to do that for you.

      My husband called and the representative he spoke with arranged for my package to be delivered on a day I was able to be home. The package was not alcohol, for the record, it was clothing for my son's birthday. The driver who delivered the package was kind and professional and I appreciate your response.

      A package was supposed to be delivered to my home by 11/04. When I checked the tracking number, it stated the package was delivered to my front door on 11/01. There is no package. When I called customer **********************, I was treated rudely like it was not their fault. I was yelled at by ***** and told never to call back and that I needed to call the shipper. I had already called the shipper who informed to call the shipping company. I asked for the driver to call me. Driver called me and admitted he left it at the end of my driveway because he couldn't drive up my gravel drive. My garbage cans sit at the end of my driveway so it's possible that the sanitation workers picked it up when collecting my garbage later the same day. I called Sanitation and they couldn't be sure. I checked with my neighbors, none of them have it. I called customer ********************** again and was shouted at by ****** and told to stop calling them and call the shipper. I emailed the company and asked for communication from a supervisor and got an email from ****** telling me that he has told me numerous times to contact the shipper. This is horrible customer **********************!! I am now out almost $200 because of the driver's incompetence and the CSRs lack of customer **********************.

      I am so sorry the package was left tat the end of the driveway and was not located...I also apologize for the treatment with staff as we are here to help you.  With the fact you did not find the package....the next step is for you to contact who you ordered from and they will contact us to resolve the matter...again I am sorry this did not go as smoothly as it should have with the delivery and the way the staff acted.

      As of yesterday, it's my understanding that SpeeDee service was asked to deliver a return address envelope to my address or accept a return item from me. SpeeDee claimed they had stopped by twice. They said I was not at home and that I did not leave the return package outside my door and that furthermore even if they had picked it up they would not give me a receipt. This has caused a conflict between the business who sent me the return envelope and myself. Tracking number SP09475261532245674. You represented that you attempted to contact me on June 8th and 28th. The sender is Corner Home Medical. According to the other complaints on your website SpeeDee claims they will leave on note. They never left a note or attempted to contact me before the delivery. . Until contacted by Corner Home Medical, I had no idea who this business was or that they had attempted to deliver a return envelope to me. . Coroner Home Medical says that SpeeDee is claiming that I acted irresponsibly in some way and that it was my fault that I didn't receive the package. I can't fathom what I did wrong. At this point, I just want to understand what happened. I need to understand why SpeeDee didn't follow company policy and contact me first or leave a note or expect that I leave the $200 return item outside my house without giving me any notice. I just don't understand what's going on.

      Our policy is not to pre call any pick *** that are being done....not sure where that information came from....if we do not find you home we will leave a door tag...this case one on the 6-6-2022 and one on 6-7-2022....if there is no response from you we will return the tag per shippers instructions.  6-6-2022 attempt was at 9:20 am no details on the second attempt.  If the box was left outside we may not have been aware that was the one to return....in the future if a box is going to be left for us to pick up...please write *************** pick up on the package so we know for sure it is the one to return...or schedule with the shipper a date when you would be home.

      There were no tags left at my house.  What is the purpose of leaving a tag? Where would you leave the? @ the door? In the mailbox. I suspect you must have gone to the wrong house.

      The door tags are left at the front door....again if the package was not picked up just let the shipper know and we will work with them on a new tag and driver instructions to do the pick up.
