Village Green Landscapes ***** was plowing snow back in February. They ran into our front gate destroying it. We had an eye witness and front door camera caught it. At first they acted like they didn't know what happened then admitted it. We reported it to the managment company ************* Residential. They said they would repair it. They first repaired it so poorly it wouldn't close or lock. Then attempted several other repairs. They then repaired it while we were out of town. It was still all skewed, they cut out a hole in our metal frame to be able to lock it compromising the integrity of our gate, and used random bolts to s**** it on that don't match. We reported this with a video to the management. It does lock but is putting a lot of stress on the deadbolt because it doesn't want to close all the way. We were put in touch with ************************* on May 17th who said he wanted to set up a meeting with ************* Residential to meet expectations. We just want a gate that closes, locks, and matches what it originally looked like so it doesn't affect our resale value of the home. We were told they would get it done in May, it is now end of July. I called **** fairly upset about getting no resolution, no information from them on status, and he was pretty disrespectful because I was upset. I just find this to be unacceptable from a company we pay premium for services.
