On 8.30.23 **************** 1" moved my belongings to Acorn Storage. ***** the lead mover, told me they cracked my filing cabinet and that he would personally take care of the cost. On 9.14.23 I emailed ***** my original receipt of $129.99 plus tax. He has not sent me the check as promised. I would like to be reimbursed $129.99 for the cabinet which was in like new condition. I have receipts and photos if needed; below are the texts with the lead mover, ***** (I have no last name):9.14.23 Hi *****, this is ******* the lady you moved on August 30. Here is a photo of the file cabinet that broke, and I actually still have the receipt which I am attaching. The file cabinet is the fourth item listed on this receipt of 10.31.18.The file cabinet was $129. 99 before tax lets just settle for $130. 00 if thats agreeable to your company. Thank you. Okay Ill give this to our claims department It should be Thank you! ??10.20.23 This is kaden just letting you o shoot be back in a week or so to make sure get taken care of with the end table that was damage in the move I appreciate that, thanks. ??12.07.23 Hi *****, It's *************************, you moved me on August 30 in Roseville.It's been 3 months since I texted you the information on Sept. 13 about my damaged filing cabinet. I have not heard from your office since I called *** mid-October. She didn't seem to know that I had a claim. I also called and left her a message a week later, but she never followed up. Kaden what can you do to help?I just got back in town yesterday I was going to call either today or tomorrow Im getting things fix as we speak Thats fine, but if I dont hear from you before Christmas, Im going to contact the Better Business Bureau.Okay can you send the receipt again Please send the check to my mailing address ******************* N.12.09.23 I should be send the check out to you 12/20 hopefully you should received it by the 12/23 Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhoneCustomer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I received this response from you today regarding my complaint about the ********************** service in ***************, *********. I wanted to let you know that *** in the office did respond to me by email, and her superior promptly sent me a check for the amount owed.
I am disappointed that they have not responded to you, but want to thank you for your help. Your assistance prompted them to contact me after my efforts of 4 months
