WOW! That couldnt have gone better! I contacted Lexington Roofing and Remodeling upon hearing my neighbor received coverage for hail damage to their home. *********************** was my representative, and after meeting, he went up on the roof and later scheduled the insurance adjuster to do the same Turned out it (our roofs, house and large garage, as well as gutters and most of the window metal wraps) were damaged and going to be covered! **** took care of everything we didnt have to do a thing. He was here, as well as the owner of the company on the first day and stopped by several more times as we have a very large roof. They worked with the insurance company to receive funds that werent included in their (the insurance companies) first estimate. These details being handled assured me that all the possible line items in the work scope were being looked at and included in the job when finished. Install was perfect, immediate clean up was spotless, follow up meeting with **** as to our satisfaction was extremely professional. I could not ask for any better service front to back. I recommend Lexington Roofing and Remodeling with two thumbs up! I should know, as Ive been in the construction business for 35+ years now retired believe me Ive seen the good and the ugly of this business. These guys, and the crews that do the work are the real deal!
