I purchased a 08 ***** CX9 from a dealer named *** on 5-20-20 and have been making my payments down to a balance of $200.00. I have had to do many repairs on the car right from purchase. Before I could even drive the car from my home, I had to replace the whole back end with breaks struts and ********. Since owning the car, I have had to replace more than your normal wear and tear parts which I have proof of all repairs. I have spoken with *** many times about this, and he fails to return my calls. When I go up to the shop, he is rude and disrespectful and tells me he doesn't have time for this. I have asked him to provide me with copies of the receipts he has, and he has no evidence of the purchase or payments. I show him my evidence as I have kept all receipts from the day of purchase, and he looks at me like I am making things up. I am unaware of the miles due to the odometer being broken at the time of service when he stated he was fixing things on it before the sale so it would be a top runner. That was a lie. I am very frustrated and upset as now he refuse to release my lien and states, I owe more than what is due. Also, when I tried to speak of what was owed, he told me to pay $500.00 and call it even.
