On June 19, 2024, I went to Paragons office to get the paperwork we never received for the work they did in mid July 2023. We could not use the pool because it was still leaking which was what they were supposed to have fixed after charging us $966. They said they could not find it and told me ******************* would get back to me. Several days later, after calling repeatedly, he called on 6/25 and told me he couldnt find the paperwork and would get back to me. He did not. I called Paragon again and reiterated that we could not use the pool until it was fixed and they set up a service call for Tuesday, 6/28. As of 11 AM Tuesday no one had shown up so I called to get a window of time they would be here. I was told they would call when they were on their way. No one called or showed up. So I called again on Wednesday and asked why they didnt call or show up and they acted surprised and said they would find out what happened. I said I needed someone today because we were supposed to be having a 4th of July pool party. They have not responded at all. Im still waiting on the paperwork as well. We do have a credit card statement reflecting the payment and a voicemail from ******************* stating that the plumbing work was completed and to call the office to make payment
