Our company has used EHPN from it's beginnings. We rely on computers and internet and cloud services for our business to operate and EHPN is always responsive and proactive to ensure that we experience as little downtime as possible when problems arise. They also review our structure with us regularly to anticipate issues and upgrades needed to be proactive in circumventing future problems. I can't say enough good things about EHPN.Review from amy p

**** is extremely responsive to our needs. Not only are they responsive but forward thinking and help us focus on what we may want/need in the future as well. They also direct our hardware purchases and pricing is VERY competitive/fair. We don't even have to discuss considering an alternative vendor (like we have in the past before using ****) because they are so reliable and responsive. It's a GREAT feeling!Review from Marianne B

*** ******* and his team at EPHN have the best problem-solving skills, they pay attention to details and have excellent communication skills and they are super nice and helpful! Every time we have a question they are fast to respond to our needs! Mat is also a great person and has helped volunteer with our non-profit clients as well! Super great company! **** has been our IT partner since 2019, and has provided our company with wonderful IT support. Their personalized attention, vast knowledge base, experience, professionalism, and calm demeanor under any circumstances are always appreciated. They are patient when clients are making decisions, flexible when unexpected priorities emerge, and dedicated to meeting tight deadlines as needed. They do excellent work and are extremely reliable. A few months ago, I purchased a company and needed to update the IT infrastructure, hardware, and vet new products like CRM and estimating software. I needed the external perspective of an expert to analyze the core structure and technical foundation of the company and EHPN came highly recommended by my accounting firm. I also needed to evaluate our accounting and financial planning software. EHPN worked closely with my company and our accountants to determine our needs and select the appropriate software. EHPN has been outstanding throughout the decision making and implementation process. I really appreciate that they simplify issues and talk in language that I can understand. Their help desk has been awesome and theyve been incredibly responsive to our needs. If the solution requires an on-sight visit, its amazing how quickly they are here. I would highly recommend EHPN.
