Their driver picked up a bag of clothes about a month ago without leaving a receipt. I called them twice, each time they promised to send a receipt and still haven't. It looks like they are a scam and not a charity.

over the last three years, I've received back-to-back calls from charity pick-up, **********, ************************************************ all of ************** from different numbers including made-up names of family members and friends of mine. They have even used the names of United Healthcare, the police department, the fire department, and other made-up names. They call from 7 am until late at night every day including Saturday and Sunday. I have just received the 2nd. time since I returned from ******. We do not operate in your area. I have also looked up your email address in our system and do not find it. There is another organization with a similar name that operates in your area, so perhaps they are the ones calling.Review from Joyce Y

They keep calling me, but no one is ever on the line. The call hangs up. I block the number, but it keeps using other numbers to call me. I went to the website to be put on the do not call list; however, there is no way to contact them. I wish that they would stop calling me. They are very annoying.Review from Erin D

I receive constant calls from them, but have never given them my number, and have never answered (just blocked their number). Their website does not look legit. I suspect this is a front and does not truly benefit charity.Charity Clothing Pickup Response

Critique of the website aside, we are a fundraiser for various charities around the country. If you want to send an email through the website and include your phone number, we can put your number on our internal dnc list. Thank you.Review from Doug T
