      Purchased two baseball backstops and one backstop transporter from Playground Equipment Pro's in December of 2022, they were set for delivery in early 2023 but they never arrived. We made contact with ******************************* and he said the following: "...I found out that the equipment was picked up by someone and we think the equipment may be in storage in **************. I need to go and look. We moved and have stuff packed away everywhere. I will be back in ************** next week and see if I can find it. If I can find it, do you want it shipped to the same address?"This message was obtained on 4/23/24 and no resolution has been reached. We paid via mailed check in the amount of $10,756.34

      This order was purchased in December of 2022.   This was a drop ship order going from **********, Mo.  to  ******** ***********  We had assumed that the shipment had been received.   We had moved twice in those 2 years so we thought maybe it was in storage, but it was not.  The order was picked up from the  manufacturer and shipped to ********, ***********  Now almost 2 years later the customer is stating that they never received the product. The product is missing and appears to have been lost in transit.  There is no recourse with the trucking company when a loss is reported this late.  It makes finding this shipment impossible especially when this was ordered in 2022 and it is now 2024.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

      We have not received any information about where this product was shipped to. No tracking information for the freight company, no confirmation number, no delivery acknowledgement. At this time there has been no proof provided that the product indeed shipped to ********, ***

      Additionally, seller claims this has been 2 years, however, we were expecting delivery of the product in February of ************************************************************************************************** April of 2024. Far less than two years.

      Please provide shipping information and proof of delivery from the freight company. Complaint ongoing with the Missouri Attorney General's Office.

       I am happy to say that after much deliberation with our supplier, we were able to have them convert this order to a canceled order and issue a full refund.  The accounting departments have assured us that the checks will be mailed out this Friday, 8/23/24.
