At the height of covid they repaired and replaced my roof. They DID NOT fix the flashing around my chimney and water is still getting inside my home. Since it was covid, no one went up into the attic and looked at that and I believe there is water damage in my attic as well as water continuing to damage the bathroom they repaired. I called them and they sent someone out and we were told that the flashing around the chimney " isn't something they do" Which I KNOW is not accurate. The bathroom is getting damaged again, the hole in the bedroom ceiling has never been addressed and it is all still under warranty. I JUST want them to come address the issues and fix it properlyBusiness response

We have been to her house probably 4 times since we have done the roof and told her that her chimney was the issue and confirmed that 3 times. Now there is a crack in the top of the Submit mortar part on the chimney, and she is neglected to fix it, which we told her before we did the roof and then after we did the roof, that it could be a problem if she does not address it and it is separate from the room. I have pictures and it is still the same thing.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
They only told me it was the chimney AFTER the work was done and after I complained.He did come and take pictures but did not send them to me as I requested.
He also said he would work with me to resolve it but I guess that is not to be.
The person he sent the first time had never been to my home. Nothing but half truths and the bedroom ceiling still isn't fixed.

9/17/24 KH: Called the consumer, left another vm, I have not received a response from consumer as of today, an email has been sent.

The shingles we picked out are black and the ones that we have are light blue, The guy was suppose to bring a paper with the prices and I never receive that. I never received a receipt. I paid him over half and I never received a receipt. I paid him the remainder and he never gave me a receipt. If, he would have been here when the guys were putting on the roof he would have seen that they put on the wrong colored shingles. Two guys putting on a roof is two much. Also, The roof exhaust vent he was suppose to change it out and the guy stated that it could not be done and when I look at the receipt he did not refund the money. He has not given me a copy of anything. I would like my shingles replaced with the black shingles.Business response

I am aware of the issue and have done some data searching since my conversation with Mrs ******* and her "friend" who called with her there on speaker this Tuesday 7/18/2023. I am not her claim specialist, however the documentation/ agreement shows that Mrs ******* signed off on the color IKO dynasty castle grey and the invoices and photos reflect that is the color that was ordered, delivered, and installed. Please know that we take these matters with care and accuracy in mind and our desire is for our customers to be happy and satisfied. Our apologies for this confusion, but we have done what we were contracted to do.

Thank you for your letter and to the help you gave to me. Due to all the stress this is causing me, I have decided to drop the whole matter.
I would like to say that I did sign off on the contract and the color of the shingles, but **** knows the color of the shingles I chose is not the color I got, maybe he does not know the color of the names on the samples. I did sign the contract and that is my fault for trusting him and since there were shingles left here, one can only wonder why.
I was promised so many things by him that did not happen and when I would question him I always got another answer different from the first answer.
It is a shame they wish to run their company this way. I guess you could say **** is the right man for the job. I will remember to keep him in my prayers and to step back and let the good Lord handle it in his way.
Please keep my name on file and feel free to share it with the next person filing a complaint, maybe I can be of help to someone else.
