I called *** after having a flat tire on 12/20/23. Roadside service came out and put my spare on for me. I drove to ********* to get a new tire and they were unable to get the tire off and said whoever put the tire on cross threaded all the studs and some of them broke off. I had to get a new hub and it cost me $544.31. I have tried multiple times to get hold of roadside services to have them reimburse me for messing up my car and they will not answer my calls or return my calls. I even have the broken part that they requested to see but have never made any effort to see it. I just want to be reimbursed for what I had to pay for their mess up.

      Good Morning,

During our investigation we were able to determine that ********* had no reason to replace the hub assembly on the vehicle. According to two independent Subaru dealerships that we contacted. They also both confirmed that the studs themselves could be replaced individually if they were damaged. We contacted the member to let her know of our findings. She said that ********* said we damaged all 5 lug studs. The member she had the parts but they were in St. Louis, MO. The repair happened in Kansas City, MO. The member is a traveling nurse and is on the road most days. We tried multiple times to setup a time to pick up the parts for inspection. The last time we talked to her she was going to have her brother meet with us since she couldn't. She told us that she would see when he could meet with us and we never heard back from her.

On apron 7-5-23 A tow was order to tow my 2011 ******** *** -V sports cars located @ **** Bellaire ave KCMO through AAA who dispatched 3rd party the (above company) . The car was parked in the back yard with both doors open and the truck and hood were also open .the car battery was dead so on his arrival I informed the tow truck driver (****** ***** - NWA employee )to not close the hood of the car complete being car need power to engage the electric door handles so do not close the hood so the repair shop can put power to the battery so they can open the doors. MR ****** ***** was belligerent and very short tempered ,and refused to let me fully explain the situation going on with the car, ( based on his experience). After recanting to ****** ***** to not lock the keys in the car I decided to go indoors so he could do his job with no distractions or being micro managed . after noticing it was taking longer than it does to typically tow a car , I decided to check on the towing status . only to find Mr. ****** ***** try to get the keys out the car with a pry bar and slim Jim . initially I was upset about the keys being locked in the car because I needed the car repaired ASAP and the keys being locked in the car was holding up the process.... it wasn't until a few minutes later when I started to notice the damages when I started to ask ** ***** about the damages he became irate and became argumentative ,which started to make my wife nervous ,so we asked for a supervisor a went in the house awaiting a supervisor. after 30 minutes we noticed ** ***** had left and abandoned the vehicle so we had to contact AAA TO GET A SUPERVISOR to show up. After speaking with the supervisor we were informed a lock out tech would come and open the car plus tow it to the repair shop. which didn't happen the car was dropped off and left on the shop parking lot with the keys lock in the car / no access to inside.resulting in $6900 in repairs & damages NWA is giving me the run around.

      To Whom it may concern,

My name is ****** ********* and I am the General Manager for ******** ********* LLC.

I would like to first point out that this complaint actually is in reference to our Kansas City, MO location**** * ***** Ave. Belton, MO 64012) and not our Arkansas office.

We were sent out to help *** **** via AAA. His vehicle had a no crank// no start issue and needed to be towed. *** **** told us that his vehicle had no power and the battery was dead. *** **** informed our driver of the issue and also pointed out the doors and hood of the vehicle were left open and not to close them so his repair shop could work on his vehicle after it was towed. Our driver tried to explain to *** **** that we could not tow the vehicle with the doors and the hood not latched because that could lead to protentional damage to his vehicle and was not safe. *** **** became argumentative and told out driver to do whatever he needed to tow the vehicle. Our driver closed the hood and placed the keys in the cup holder so they wouldn't get lost and shut the door. Once he shut the door the vehicle locked. This should have not happened since the vehicle has electronic locks and needs power to lock and unlock. After this happened the only thing we could do for him was to send a different type of truck out to tow the vehicle since we couldn't get back into the car. We sent out a WL and we were able to complete the tow without any other issues.

The first time we heard from *** **** was March of 2024, almost 7 months after we towed his vehicle. The first time he showed up to our office was around March 4th or 5th. He told us about how the repair facility had to unlock his vehicle and damaged his car. He said it was our fault and we were responsible. We explained to him that once we have towed the vehicle and dropped it off that we are no longer responsible for the vehicle. The repair facility is. Further more we have explained to *** **** that we can only go off the information that is provided by person who is having their vehicle towed, as we are not mechanics. We explained that he told us the vehicle didn't have power when we got there. We explained that the doors locked after closing them and that shouldn't of have happened if the vehicle had no power to the electronic locks.

The last time *** **** came by our shop was about a week later and this time he had made some threats towards us and we had to ask him to leave or the police would have to be called. We have not heard from him since.

Please feel free to reach out if you require anymore information regarding this incident.

      Sincerely,

      ****** *********
