      Called to rent small scooter.Talked to them about four times.Told them I have cancer and hard to get around.Asked how much did it weigh so my wife and I could handle it.She asked weight told her she said that had a small one that would workHeavest piece no more 25 lbs.Said I would call back.Called back next day said we could handle 25 lbs.She said you will not have a problem.we gave her are credit card. When the scooter was delivered and put in suv.Went to craft store tryed to get it out of suv , it was all we could do to get it out .Talked about it saying it was no where around 25 lbs used it about 30 minutes tried to get it back into suv, liked to never have got it back.Again said this is way to heavy.Did not get it back out called them to come pick it up because no way we could handle it.When he pick it up told him it was way to heavy told us that this one isn’t small one we had order even had a small one in van like we was suppose to have Called them and told them they gave us wrong one she was very rude, said she should owe us something said we would have to talk to owner called no answer text him two or three time.Very disappointed.Will never use them again .They lied to us.I am asking for you to step in and do something about it

      Upon the order of this scooter he reserved it after all the small travel scooters were already booked and received a larger scooter that had lithium batteries to bring it down to the weight of the smaller one. He took delivery and about one hour after delivery he called and stated he couldn’t raise the handlebars because he couldn’t loosen the adjustment knob.  I drove across town to aid him on this.  A day later he decided he didn’t want the scooter and wanted it picked up early so I did that.  As I picked it up I showed him the other scooter that I had in my van that came back into stock and he didn’t want it so I picked his up.  A week later he wanted money back for the day he didn’t use it, as our rental policy that he signed we don’t do this because he decided he didn’t want the equipment anymore. As of the thing saying the heaviest piece is 25 lbs isn’t correct, we state the heaviest piece for the GoGo is 45lbs.  Only thing on the scooter that’s under 25lbs is the basket and the lithium batteries. As we stayed he signed the contract and accepted the scooter that we delivered and gave to him as a free upgrade because we were out of stock on the other scooter.
