I had shingles put on my roof and they have all come off. I have tried contacting the H32303235**303035**32H for repairs and they keep telling me they&#**;ll come out and no one ever comes.

We provided an estimate for a complete roof replacement for an aged and challenging roof due to wind damage. The homeowner had their insurance company look at the roof. They declined participation in replacement.We then provided an estimate to replace missing shingles. We replaced the missing shingles as contracted.It took several months to get paid for the repair. In that time frame and to this date more shingles have blown off.We cant be responsible for continuing wind damage.Thanks,**** DawsonBusiness response

At 75 years old he should do the job that I paid him for. I paid him to replace the shingles that I paid him for less then I week later the shingles have blew into the yard. I paid him what he charged. He could not have done this job correctly. I just want the shingles replaced and I have 10 year guaranteed that states that shingles will be replaced even due to wind damage.Customer response
