I hit a deer with my truck and needed to get repairs, so I went to this business. He ordered a Chinese front pumper and a Chinese front fender. The rear bumper he put back on. He cut the side of my bed and welded it instead of replacing properly. Didn&#**;t fix any dents, just painted them. He got a ***** grill from a ***** dealer. My car is a ***** Silverado and he ordered a **** rear bumper and bed side (why he put on my old bumper). From what I understand after the fact, he no longer has his license. When he started on my truck, he didn&#**;t have the license to operate. I tried to talk to him about this and asked about finishing my truck. He then insulted me and said that it was funny. The insurance company wont do anything about it. (state farm)Business response

I have proof of the parts that were purchased for the consumers vehicle, I waived the deductible for convenience to him. He did not have the remaining balance owed to me of $4620 and asked if he could set up a payment plan because he needed his vehicle to get to work, I told him that I did not offer a payment plan and he was still able to pick up his vehicle even though the work was not completed and he was not happy about not being able to make payments. I was willing to complete the work, until the consumer came back later on my property scaring my employees and patrons by shooting in the air. A balance is still owed to me and no refund will be issued.
