The complaint is that the patient I am taking care of is in need of their services with a device for their daily need. I went directly to the individual that needs the device and asked their insurance about places to find the H31353432**3033323735H. I narrowed it down to Therapeutic Specialties. I have dealt with *************** and she told me she deals with any type of paperwork to be done. An actual visit was scheduled and we did it in January 2024. I first inquired about this in March 2023 and one facility was not working well and some of the things they wanted us to do was skeptical. This is why I called the patient**;s insurance. I contacted them July 10, 2023 and to this day we still do not have contact with them, the doctor to send in paperwork to get the H31353432**3033323735H to my patient. Each time there was something different. It has been prolonged too long for this to be processed. The patient**;s clinic is experiencing this difficulty too. Now they are saying it is past the 6 months and I would have to take my patient back to the doctor so more recent notes can be sent in. It seems that *************** is prolonging this. We have done all we needed to do and we just need the paperwork approved so that my patient can get her H31353432**3033323735H. I have not received any information about this so far. I just want to get the paperwork approved so that my patient can get her H31353432**3033323735H.Business response

Our office called a few weeks ago and explained that we needed the patient information and a ***** release. The ***** release on file is assressed to their insurance company, not our company. We can make out the patient's name on that form and I can tell you that delivery is scheduled, but we cannot provide any further details at this time without a ***** release.Customer response

I received my wheelchair 07/23/2024 and this issue has been resolved.
