      I bought a car from them almost 3 weeks ago. The car broke down on me almost as soon as I got it. When I was picking it up from the lot, the check engine light was on. The tire light was also on. I told them both lights were on. They told me they will fix it the next day. I took it up there the next day and they said they would fix it. I went to pick it up and the check engine light was off and the tire light was off. I drove 10 miles and both lights came back on. I took it back to them and they said they will see what they could do. They had it two more days. They called to have me pick it up, the tire light was still on. I told them and they said they would take it to a dealership. Four days passed and the check engine light came back on. The car feels like it wants to take off when I am at a stoplight. It jerks also. The took it for one more day and it still wasn&#**;t working. They sill have it. It died on me twice. I took it back to them and they have it now.

      I purchased a used **** **** ****** from A&T Auto Sales on 7/22/22. On 7/23/22 the oil light indicator came on, indicating the vehicle was low on oil. I checked the oil dip stick to confirm the oil was low. I added 4 quarts of oil. By 8/2/22 the oil indicator light came back on so I looked under the vehicle and noticed it has a major oil leak. I called A&T Auto Sales on 8/3/22 and couldn't reach anyone. On 8/4/22 I drove the vehicle to A&T Auto Sales and waited 2 hours for someone to arrive. I explained the issue about the major oil leak and was told they would have to look into, but nothing can be done as of now. I explained to the rep that I just wanted a refund as I don't have time to pay for extra transportation because of a defective vehicle that they had sold me. I have yet to receive a response as to my inquiry about the refund or the vehicle.

      We gave *** ******* a vehicle to use while we repaired his vehicle.  He now has his vehicle back and seems to be satisfied

      I bought a car from dealer . Car start having problem soon as I left. Dealer initially agreed to fix problem with car. I took car took dealer repair several times. Dealer has not made any attempts to keep agreement or resolve issues. I am seeking refund due to facts I was sold a bad vehicle valued over ***** in finance charges

      Purchased a 2008 Cadillac CTS from dealer. Said car was good at first. First they did NOT provide title and inspection within 30 days. Was late registering it. Now they car is horrible has many issues all around. Abs breaking, driving, and majorly burning gas. Have tried to resolve with owner, but doesnt want to own up to anything.At this point I just want a refund of our trade in of $4000 which he already sold (sold for $8999$ and more than doubled his money. Just want to return Cadillac and get our $4000 plus our payment we made of $230 so total of $4230.

      They never gave me a solution. I told them to come get the car. They asked if it was a voluntary repo and before I could respond, they came and took it. With all our stuff in it. Theyve refused to fix issues that they knew about and covered up on the car. The took advantage of a family struggling on disability income. I would like them to own up to it and at least refund us half of our trade in $4,000. He knew of the issues and just took advantage of a family in need. I tried several times and hes ignored/refused. He now has the car which he took before I could say anything about the volunteer repo. They also took over 30 days to get me title and inspection.

      I was looking at a car at this dealer. When I asked about it, she said it had sold. Later, I saw it on the lot again. I went in and asked about it. She told me the people who bought it, it was too small for them. She said it was again. I put down $2000. All the paperwork was done and I left for the car; this was on 8/18/21. She told me they would fix the tire sensor light. Three weeks after I buy the car, the check engine light came on. So now there were two lights on. When I spoke to the lady, she said it shouldn't be a big deal. The light went off for a while. And the car was okay, but the motor would shake sometimes. I let her know that the check engine light came on again. She said she would get a time set up to have it looked at but she never called back. I have been making payments. I spoke with ******, the owner. The car needed to be looked at is what I told him and he doesn't call me back. In October, I make a payment. In October the engine went out. I called them immediately. I had to pay for the tow to their shop. I called the next day and ****** said he would take a look. He would put me in a loaner. I have been driving a loaner for three months and I still haven't heard back from the owner. I did hear from them in November saying they would put in a new engine, but I haven't heard from them since.
