I used the car wash on 12/28/23. I was directed by their employee onto the conveyor belt behind a black **** F150. I was about one third of the way through when I felt a bump and the car wash stopped. There was suds all over my windshield so I couldnt see. I turned my windshield wipers on and discovered that I had struck the truck in front of me. The attendant had to have me back up and the other driver pull forward for us to then finish the wash. We exited and pulled to the side to inspect damages. They attempted to tell us to exchange our own insurance info but I said that wasnt going to happen since it was neither of our faults. I had two small scratches on my front bumper. The other driver didnt see any damage to his rear bumper but did note that when loading his truck they gouged his running board on the drivers side. We provided out contact info to ***, the supervisor on site. He said we would be hearing from them tomorrow after he called the owner. *** called me on 12/29 at 12:30 pm and said they were sorry this happened and offered me a free years membership to their car wash. I declined and said I would be taking my truck in for an estimate to make sure there was not additional damage that I couldnt see. I just bought this truck the week before. I got an estimate the following week. I called them back, spoke to ******* this time to find out where to send and he gave me their email address. I emailed it to them on 1/3 at 4:35 pm. The estimate totaled $926.87. Since then I have followed up twice, on 1/8 and 1/9 with no resolution. The call today, 1/9, *** advised the owner has to make the final decision and he cant tell me when he will call me back to resolve.Initial Complaint

Went to tidal wave for gas. I go to the same pump each week, the censor was faulty and gas started leaking and spraying everywhere when tank was full. It did not automatically stop. I couldn't remove the pump some high school employee had to remove it. Mangers did not care and said they would take care of the extra charge they did NOT. They did not help me clean my car only offered an exterior wash. There was no sense of urgency in this situation. They charged me 65$ instead of the 30 for my full tank. Mangers were rude and did not help at all. They said it was my fault.Business response

There isn't a problem with the pump. My district manager reached out to her and offered her a gift card and a wash. This issue has been resolved.
