On December 4, 2021, I purchased 2 14 day pill reminders in a size 2XL. The total on my Visa card came to $23.91 with tax and shipping, Monday December 6 I received a shipping notice with a tracking number. I never received any follow up emails, so I ran the tracking number on Friday Dec 10 and it showed that the Post Office hadn't received the package yet. I called a spoke with the owner, *****, and he tracked things down and discovered it was not accounted for so he offered to ship me new ones free of charge. I called Monday Dec 13 to get the tracking number and was told by ***** that he would call me back his morning with the information. I did not hear from him, so I called this afternoon and left a message. I would like a refund if this doesn't show up.Business response
