      I have had my hearing aids for 3-4 months. They costs $6500. They have been sent back to the factory and I am in their office all the time about them. The left one turns off and eventually it turns back on. It used to be beep and turn on and now it beeps to turn off. I'm tired of going back and forth. I am getting no where with them. This is getting ridiculous.

      To Whom It May Concern,

       

      ******* ***** purchased his hearing aids directly FROM HIS INSURANCE company on August 4, 2021 and paid his insurance company $3,450. 

      We were not paid for the devices as we did not order them, the insurance company ordered and had the devices mailed to us. We provide services only and have no control over the actual units.

      Please see the attached Delivery Receipt.

       

      We contacted the insurance company, on Randall's behalf, and they informed us that ******* is outside of his 60-day return and exchange period. See Evaluation Period as listed in the contract. 

      ******* has visited our office 6 times in 6 months with issues with the devices. We have had the devices replaced by the lab 3 times. 

      We are responsible for his service, not the quality or function of the units themselves.

       

      I believe this complaint should be against Hearing Care Solutions, his insurance carrier that supplied the devices, not our office.

      I desire a mutual resolution and will do everything in my power to reach that conclusion. I am unable to return or exchange the devices because they were not purchased from my office. I am also unable to provide a refund as the payment was to Hearing Care Solutions, not my office. I recommend ******* contact his insurance to attempt to reach a resolution. I also recommend this complaint changed to Hearing Care Solutions and not my office, Hearing Care Partners.

      I reached out to ******* this morning and have not yet heard back from him.
