      Good luck. Dont fall for the finance hoops and tricks and definitely do not get the extended warranty that they push on you. We have a vehicle we bought from here a year ago that has a lifter problem that is apparently, we just found out, a common problem with GM vehicles and both GM and the warranty refuse to pay for it after having our vehicle at their shop for almost 8 weeks. Also had us haul the vehicle from Harrisonville location to Nevada location for more mechanics to look at it for a possible "Goodwill" program, only for them to deny it, again. Now we are stuck with a high monthly payment on the only vehicle we have that won't run and nobody seems to care to fix the issue. I have documents saved showing that this is problem with both GM and with the warranty company. The salesman was always very pleasant and helpful as for the finance department and the warranties that they sell, proceed with caution.

      We have made contact with the customer and have worked with GM and the warranty company to get the vehicle fixed to there satisfaction.

      i purchased a **** escape from this company back in Nov. of 2022. in 3 months it started running rough. called ********** and they said its probably spark plugs and then we would have to change coil packs . The Following month the same issue hooked it up to the engine diagnostics at an auto part store. They said it was an misfire in cyn 4 . At this time we was at a dead end so we called Max Ford and they said that we need to bring it in for a diagnostic for 150 dollars , /They told it was the engine . but there was a few customers in the waiting room and they said that they were told the same thing . They came back after we asked how much this was going to cost and was it covered under the warranty? was told that it was going to cost ******* and it doesn't cover under the warranty. So we were sent to the sales department to see if we can trade it in and get another car under the same loan. We spent hours there that day . We were so frustrated and felt very overwhelmed . So they refused to help us we did some research in the following months come to find out the same year and model is in recall and there is an big lawsuit. We contacted some lawyers and were told that there is so many cases that they are overwhelmed. I had a neighbor change the spark plugs and a friend changed the coil packs .Still was having the same issue ..Finally spoke to another lawyer and he suggested to file an complaint on here and find a local lawyer ... Zero stars for taking advantage of a disabled woman ,,,,,
