My daughter provided a photo to the nail technician for service. He told her that it would be $45 to receive that nail set. Once complete, he told her it would be $80 and locked the door to the establishment to prevent her from leaving the premises. This is currently happening. 6/26/24 at 8:30 p.m. I am too far away to reach my child in time and am appalled that a minor would be falsely detained in this manner. I fear for other children forced into this same scenario.

      To whom it may concern:
The customer went in our nail salon on June 26, 2024, and wanted to have a nail set to put on. She looked at the price list with a new set starting at $45.00 and up. It does not mean that any length of the nails is still $45.00! Our nail technician will determine the price by the length of the nails. Also, the design and details on the nails are considered extra cost!
This customer chose a long **** nail set with white **tip (the **tip is extra $25.00, and it is on the pricelist as well)
So, the set of nails that customer chose costs $80.00. The problem is that my new nail tech did not tell the customer the price in front. Making customer confused! But that time was so late almost 8:00 pm. We normally close at 7:00 pm every day. After a verbose conversation back and forth between the customer and my new nail tech. The customer asked for discount because she was waiting for 3 hours. But my nail tech rejected it due to her nail set time consuming. The customer decided to pay only $45.00. That is why I decided to lock the door and supposed to call police. Eventually, she agreed to pay $80.00 for her nail because she knew I will call the police.
So thats whole story and we try to please every customer so that they can come back. But sometimes we must let them go when someone does not want to pay for their nail services. It happens every day at our nail salon.
Thank you so much for your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.
      Best Regards,
