I live in a town house. ****** of Wall to Wall restoration redid 4 other decks in the neighbor hood. Including one on either side of my home. I hired him to also do my deck. The transaction included $8900 which I gave him a check for the material to build the deck. I have not heard from him since the check was given to him on June 14. He will not return phone calls or texts. A neighbor across the street had also hired him for a deck and has not been been heard from also.Customer response

Contract was signed on 11/27/2023. Check #**** in the amount of $4,200.00 was given to ***** ****. Check was cashed by ***** **** on 11/28/2023. As of this date 5/07/2024, I have attempted to contact him numerous times. He was going to complete the project around Christmas, 2023. He has not begun any part of the project. I would like the $4,200.00 refunded.
