**** was best 20 year old Liar.. Promise the world and all these Warranties that we bought with the car and none of them cover.Bought a $20,000 car last week we Realized the heater didn't work properly. And let them know 16 hours from the time we drove it off the lot. And they refuse to live up the responsibility of it. Better business bureau has been informed.Please do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

Oh where to begin I have not purchased a vehicle from BIC yet, but I do their detailing and overall cleaning of their vehicles.I have had several car rides with ****** and other members of BIC driving to pickup vehicles which has led to some great conversations.I want to start by saying BIC Motors pays the price for a high quality detail to ensure that all their new and recurring BIC family members know they are getting in a genuinely clean car.In addition BIC is so focused on you and tailoring everything that they can to make it as easy as possible for you to get a car. I have never seen a car dealership that treats their customers as nice as they do.To BIC you really are more than just another person buying a car you are a family member. Its hard to explain the world class treatment you receive, you really just have to go down and check them out to experience it.Another thing is when you purchase a vehicle from them you can know that you are absolutely walking away with the best price in the area. I was able to hear ******* philosophy on this and it is truly incredible how much they care about you.Last point here, they always have an amazing selection to fit everyones budget, needs, and wants. Even there cheaper cars have a level of class that is just unreal. (I totally recommend test driving one of their Audis ??WARNING ?? you will probably end up leaving with it lol.)BIC Motors is just the absolute best dealership in the area and I 100% stand by that. I am glad that I am able to work alongside such an amazing dealership. Trust me, go down to BIC and get the Best In Class experience, you wont regret it.

I purchased a car from ****** at BIC motors in Oct '22. I had previously purchased a truck from them a few years ago & Mitch was a pleasure to deal with then. I am happy with the car itself. This time around I knew the car I purchased might have a couple issues that could crop up that would require an extended service contract. I didnt know anything about the warranty company but in doing some research I found that this company was horrible at honoring their service contracts. I returned to BIC motors well within the preview period mandated by Missouri state law and cancelled the contract. It's now almost February '23 & I have contacted ****** weekly to inquire about my refund. Not a single time that ****** has told me that he would look it up & call me back, has he once called me back. I did file a complaint with the State of Missouri dept of Insurance that oversees Extended service contracts and intent to push this to the fullest degree. The state website says they assess a 10% per month penalty for each month past the 21 day preview period so this is already getting expensive for BIC and the warranty company. . Updates to follow.

Won't return calls to fix touchup paint problem. Sales contract stated scratches to be fixed but paint doesn't even match and was a horrible job. Won't return phone or text messages. I have been dealing with this since I bought the car in Aug. He said he was going to order a new door, never did. I got a quote to have it painted correctly, says he has to run it up the chain- he is the ******** dad is the owner, he is the chain.
