On 4/11/23 I entered into a written contract with this company for quarterly yard and landscaping services at my home located at ******************************************************************************* and rendered payment in full per said contract. In addition to landscaping and brush clearing services this company promised to winterize my home in preparation for winter, in October of 2023. I have proof that this company has done NONE of the above and has essentially stolen my money. I have lost thousands as a result of the deceit by All-n-one with neither the landscaping performed, leaves being cleared away, nor winterizing the house. All of their failures can be proven by photographs taken by my neighbors at the property (i dont personally live nearby, we own this home as a vacation home). Lastly, this company adamantly refuses to return my phone calls or emails, and ******* who sold me on this fraudulent scheme was an employee named *********************** who evidently is no longer employed there. I need a FULL REFUND of $1,680.00 otherwise I will file in court.

      Business response

      02/13/2024

I have attached a copy of the landscape maintenance contract and the invoice sent.  This was a time and material bid.  **************** paid the invoice that was for time and material spent onsite June 1-2, 2023.

The irrigation contracts mentioned have also been attached.  They include activating the irrigation system then going back to turn it off.  According to the shut off contract, ************** was to submit a third contract to repair any possible damage.  Unfortunately, we do have access to any of ****************** emails and cannot attest to conversations between him and *****************

On January 22, **** **************** sent an email (attached) through our website.  Our employee responded to the email stating ************** no longer worked for us and offered assistance.  We did not receive a response from *****************

We have communicated with **************** via phone and email.  We sent a technician to check the irrigation system at no charge.  ************** found the system winterized and no obvious damage.  If damage is discovered when the system is activated we will repair said damage. We also agreed to send a crew to complete the landscape maintenance work.  I sent the following email and attachments.

      ****************,

Per our conversation, I sent a crew to your property at ****************** to complete a spring clean-up.  Below are the before and after pictures.

I also pulled the contract that shows this is a time and material bid and we would bill actual time and material spent on site. The contract also states that we would charge a $100 mobilization fee, which we did not include.  I have attached that contract and the invoice for the work we did in June 2023.  As we discussed, I will send the crew another time this year to make sure we fulfill the 3 visits that were agreed to.

Again, I do apologize for this not being completed last year.  Please feel free to reach out to me at any of the contact information listed below if you have any questions or further concerns.
