Went into vintage stock and told an employee I wanted a Nintendo wii that me and my 4 year old son could play together. He took one off the shelf and stated it had only 1 controller and I would have to purchase another. No problem I told him. He looked around the store and there was not another one to be found. Another employee said he would check the back. After few minutes he came out and said he found one in the back and he put ut on the box with the rest of the gaming system. I then ask *** if I had everything there so me and my 4 year old son could play together as soon as we get home. He said yes your all set. After getting home and hooking up the system I discovered the 2nd employee added a controller accessory and not a 2nd controller. Therefore I could not play the system with my 4 year old son. I feel this employee deceived me intentionally just to make a sale..I am extremely disappointed in being taken advantage of and having a moment between me and my son ruined by greed.

On Thursday 12/22/2022 I dropped off a big ************ to sell, containing some newer more valuable items along with some that wasn't very valuable. They said they would call me after they were done going through them. A winter storm come in the next day, so I didn't figure on hearing from them soon. On Tuesday 12/27/2022 I still never heard from them, so I called them and spoke to ******. He said he went through them and said I had $2.85 worth of books. I knew my books were worth much more than that, so, I told him "No thanks, I'll just come pick up my books in little while". When I got to the store on 12/27/2022, half of my items were missing. All the newer more valuable books were not in my bag. I asked to see the manager. ****** said he was the manager. I asked him to make it right, and he refused. I had no other recourse but to take what was left in my bag and leave. I never got all my books back, and never received any compensation for the missing books. Will take it up with BBB. I believe this was a practice called skimming, where the skimmer takes some of your items to benefit the skimmer.I know I have $50 worth of books missing. They were newer and more expensive books missing. The books they give me back were cheap books. Ripping off your customers is not right. This is Theft. That's illegal.

The transaction happened yesterday 06/20/2022 at Vintage stock in ************** in ******* ******. I went in and saw a playstation 3 remote. The remote was in a box and it said it was officially licensed remote. The store worker told me it is an original and they are hard to find. I purchased the item under the impression this was an officially licensed product and when I got home I started to realize the remote was a knock off third party remote trying to imitate an official playstation. The remote was $45.00. I tried to get a refund letting the manager know I was under the impression it was officially licensed and he said he wouldnt do a refund. This was a scam and he should know better than to sell an unofficial product displaying it as an official one. My goal is to receive a refund because the product is barely usable. I still have the remote in it's original box with the sticker/tag on it with the bar code.

I purchased several pairs of shoes directly on stockX platform that Passed their verification process that then failed when I tried to resell them less than a year later. The shoes I bought sat in a closet for less than a year. I asked StockX to show me pictures of when I bought them to compare and show than they are exactly the same but they declined. I would like my purchase price for the 2 pairs of shoes back for the following orders.35955835-35855594 - ****** 12 Flu Game 2016 - $475 **************** - ****** 1 UNC - $750

I purchased a ****** "PLAYSTATION" "DUALSHOCK 4" controller from store ***** located at *********************************************************************************** on January 25, 2022. Invoice #********, 14:01. The box seemed a bit unusual (and mangled, I didn't damage the box), but I was in a rush so I just bought it and left. This item was marked at the same price as the official products, $59.99. Once I had time, I evaluated the product in more detail. This is absolutely, unquestionably a fake product. There's no seal, countless typos, and many other obvious errors such as stating "cable not included" yet a cable was inside the box. I contacted Vintage Stock's district manager who referred me to *******************************. I later found out ****************** is the company CEO. I explained the issue in detail, and also informed him of the obvious penalties for selling fake products that carry the real trademarks. ******************' tone was short, annoyed, and uninterested. His response was essentially "I don't have time for this" and also stated "I'm not denying that we may get grey market items occasionally." Regardless of frequency, sales of these items with or without knowledge carry penalties. I gave him the opportunity to stop selling and destroy these items. In exchange I'd cease pursuit of the matter. Unfortunately, my offer was completely ignored. I called their district manager back three weeks later (since ****************** refused to answer my calls) and reminded them once again that I would be pursuing this matter further if they continued to sell these items. I returned to another store about a month after my last call to see if these same items were still being offered for sale. I was offered one for purchase, and the employee even stated that they "are knockoffs." This removes all doubt that the company knows they are selling counterfeit goods. Now I'm done playing nice. Time to make the public aware of the deception, bait-and-switch **************************** of goods. They had their chance...
