????DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ???? VERY SHADY THEY WILL LOWBALL YOU They don’t give you time to discuss anything with your family. They will put a clause on your property to try to force you to sell it to them. You will need to get an attorney to get it removed. You will need to get a attorney to get it removed. I will never trust this company. I will rent the property out before selling to them. The guy who called me is so rude don’t trust, shady companies. They are legally trying to steal your property with a lowball offer and if you don’t stick to it, they will put a clause on it to try to force you to sell it go through a realtor so you can get the most for your property, thank you to the shady person that kept calling me over and over who was rude you along made me NEVER ?? want to use this company THEY ARE ALL LIES DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THAT’S ON THERE HAVE ONE OR TWO REVIEWS. THEY ARE FAKE REVIEWS. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PROPERTY AND PUT A CLAUSE ON IT. If I can give zero stars, I would!!!!!
