      I got a faulty tank from the cage at Walmart, I called Blue Rhino twice to resolve the issue. No retailer would exchange it. They don't take pride in anything. They are Liars, and I will not use them again. I was left on hold endlessly, people need to be held to higher standards.

      Ferrellgas is a slick company. Scammers might be a better word. The man’s name was Yandris he filled my tank ($735) dollars worth. He asked to see my hot water tank (never had that before). He asked for me to turn on the hot water I did it was scalding. He had his hands on the tank was moving around the humidifier. A few days later when I got home had no hot water. I do not know what he did but it was something. They want to do a service call a $125 for first hour. Sooo as scammers they take no responsibility for what the driver did. I have to pay $735 for gas then another $125 for him to come out and fix what the driver did. Maybe turned off pilot light? NO IDEA. I have never touched one and have no interest in doing so. I do not even change light bulbs or boil water. Can not believe what they are doing. Obviously I will be changing my propane company. I am going to get the BBB involved. What kind of company does not take responsibility for the work their staff does!

      No understanding of customer service. Drive through your yard and don’t care. Don’t show up to fill the tank. Use anyone else!

      They sell propane in rusted tanks that are painted. When their tanks leak and valves don't work they blame it on the fact that their tanks were sitting on a shelf for over a year and they are no longer under warranty. Store refused to accept a return because the tanks might blow up. The company is hard to reach and after 3 months that is their only response, that the product is over a year old. Definitely wasn't in my house waiting to explode for a year

      Ferrellgas in Sacramento, CA is abysmal. Last year they insisted they were not able to fill my tank because of wet ground conditions. We repeatedly communicated how they’ve done it in the past, but they refused to listen. After almost two months of calls, requests, and complaints, they finally delivered propane and never left the pavement to do so. I even had photographic evidence they could do it, because they got stupid the year before in a similar situation. Rather than running out of propane, we rationed out our usage, reduced the temperature in the house, and shortened showers or took cold showers. Because we didn’t run out of propane they refused to acknowledge the hardship they created. To this day they have taken no action for any discount or courtesy. They relied on recovering drug addicts (nothing against the people) to make determinations that impacted my six children in their daily lives and discomfort. The management has shown no interest in conceding a dime to appease my requests. I’ve left a balance on the account through the summer as a result and all I get are threats and letters suggesting that we are not being responsible customers as we haven’t paid them what is owed. The only good thing about them is the farm bureau discount, but it is not worth the trouble

      Absolutely horrible! They charge over a $1 more per gallon of LP compared to other vendors. We had a leak, it took 2 one hour phone calls to get to a customer service person. They then charged $500 to send someone out to confirm the leak and tell us not to use the LP tank. Obviously, that is why we called. If you are sending someone out at least provide a plan to fix the issue. Do yourself a favor and choose anyone else to provide your LP.

      My family has consistently had trouble ordering cylinders delivered in a timely manner in Copper Harbor for decades. HIstorically we've had 3 cylinders but last year one disappeared so we're down to 2 now. The last one is nearly empty in the final days of our family reunion. We have called 4 times over the past 8 days to request cylinder delivery and a site visit to assess the possibility of having a permanent tank. All 4 times we were promised a call back and we have yet to receive one. We are now down to the dregs of our last cylinder and none of the reps seem to be able to expedite our order. We will be out of gas before the scheduled 8/1 delivery.

      I was in the Negaunee Michigan office on 41 dealing with the Indian lady at the front desk whom I have had problems with in the past. State of Michigan helps to pay for my gas because I am on a limited income, but they sent me a bill for over 700 dollars. Since I've never in my life had a late payment, and I only make 960 a month so you can understand why that caused some concern. While discussing this with her, she was rude, so I lost patience and told her to F off, which I shouldnt have done, but she told ME to f off which is the problem. I told customer service about it and they said they would handle it internally, so I reminded them that this is the age of the internet and will not only be leaving reviews, but that I have a YouTube channel and would be posting it there. I said that I would go take her picture, and a picture of the building which I will be using as a thumbnail. Customer service assured me that they would handle the situation, so I backed off a little and said that I would hold her photograph in my files and will check to see if she's fired and if not, then, I would post her photograph. We shall see.

      This has been the absolute worst company I have had to deal with for any utility, ever. This recent issue we have had was that the driver was unable to appropriately do his job and misread our order and ended up entirely filling our tank (we ordered half fill) We are (like most people) living paycheck to paycheck and could only afford the amount of propane we ordered, and no more. This company began harassing us to pay an additional $300+ we didn’t have, or they were sending us to collections over THEIR mistake. We tried calling and explaining this and were met with ignorant customer service and zero accountability or any sort of resolution to reach. No payment plan options, it was to be paid entirely in full. Now, we are faced with paying this the next time we need to fill our tank, which we again, cannot afford. Terrible company, terrible service. They deserve to be OUT OF BUSINESS.
