We received a bid for a new roof from FM Roofing. We had called four different roofing companies, and ***** **** with FM roofing was the only one that returned our call. ***** was very professional and down to earth. He stated that the roof would probably take about two weeks to start, but he would try and get it quicker if he could. We had our new roof within 10 days. We cannot recommend this company enough. You never know with contractors now days, but we couldn't be happier. ***** is definitely someone we will deal with again. In fact we need to have siding put on our home, and FM Roofing and ***** is who we will deal with. The workmanship was excellent, and the clean up was amazing. There are a lot of roofing companies out there, but save yourself some heartache and call FM Roofing, and ask for *****.Review from Jordan B

FM Roofing did an amazing job on my mothers roof. FM Roofing made everything EASY for us. The project manager we worked, *****, with was very professional. I would suggest going to FM for any questions you have. 10/10 Highly Recommend.Review from Sam S

FM was great. I had them come out to look at a leak which he was able to fix. He told me the roof was otherwise in decent condition other than the small hole he found and patched. I havent had any problems with a leak since and will be calling them in the future for quotes when its time for a full replacement.Review from Alex H

I have had a few problems with my roof over the last couple years from hail or other issues and FM was quick to respond and gave me a fair quote. Theyve also installed other products and fixed exterior issues to my old house. They have been nothing but a reliable company and in this trade that means everything. They didnt try and scam me out of money or give me terrible product for cheap. It goes a long way to pay a normal amount to get the job done right the first time. Ive since referred them to my own family members who they have helped navigate insurance claims which can get confusing to the common person. *** worked with a few people in their company, I.e. ****, *****, ******* to name a few. My family has had nothing but positive things to say about them. I think it goes a long way to say that if you can trust FM roofing enough to send them to help your mother and grandmother then they are a company youd want to work with.Review from Nick B

We have used FM Roofing a couple of different times, old house and new house. *******. has always been very responsive, courteous and on time. The quotes have been very reasonable and met. ******* had our roof bought through insurance which was amazing. He worked directly with our insurance rep to accomplish this. We are working with FM Roofing again after the hail storm that happened. Would highly recommended reaching out.Review from Travis B

Hostile sales associate with poor communication skills or candor with children present. I was approached in a parking of a business I don't own. Asked for information of the business, Iexplained I don't own it and not employed by it. After associate couldn't find anyone in the main office of the closed business. Approached me again for information I didn't have. Then cussed at me and stormed off to her truck. All this despite the business phone number on the side if the building. Poor example of professional contact, while in a business vehicle.

FM Roofing gave me the best ************, pricing & product and their project manager, ***** was top notch in being here during ********************** to assure everything was done correctly & efficiently. Very pleased with the support FM Roofing provided after our ridge cap flew off after a recent storm. ***** responded and assessed the situation quickly, seeing the sub-par work that had been done on our roof by the previous roofing company that used the wrong sized nails and incorrect materials on the ridge cap. Was quoted $12,725 for new roof, gutter and some other extras. Another roofer said skylights would need replacing so we were careful to ask FM about them. They said just new flashing was needed. The day the roof was taken off they said they could not get flashing and skylights needed replacing. While insurance covered most still felt we were tricked into using them. On final invoice there was $2300 for decking. Its a small city house and they forgot to take pictures. Seems excessive. Final invoice was over $20,000. Original scope did not include replacing skylight. It only covered flashing kits for them. Upon removal of the roof, it was found that the interior of the skylights had water damage. The project manager on site took photos of water damage and showed the homeowner. There was a discussion on rather you wanted skylights replace or not. Homeowner agreed to replace them. FM Roofing went back to the insurance company and supplemented for replacement. ***************** paid for the replacement of all skylights. There fore the ***************** paid for the replacement of the skylights and the homeowner was not out of pocket for those.
Roof decking had to be replaced once existing roof was removed due to rotted wood. This was explained upon signing of contract that homeowner is responsible for payment of any decking that is required to be replaced. Homeowner was present upon install of new material on site. Homeowner had full advantage of checking all material that came off/on the roof.
Therefore the additional amount was paid by insurance company for skylights. Wood was homeowners responsibility.
