They came into our home and completely destroyed our carpeting. The rep's chemicals caused the stains. They were supposed to clean it, telling me they were going to fix it then ghosting me. I am left with thousands of dollars worth of damage. My white wool carpeting now looks completely muddy. They destroyed our rug, they refused to pay us for the damage and replacement of the carpeting. This company should not be allowed to be in business much less into anyone's homes. I have plenty of pictures of proof of the damage that they have done to my home. I would like a replacement of my rug or pay me for the damages done to my carpet.Business response

This complaint was submitted close to a year ago, it has now been duplicated. We brought in a third party to assess and restore the 20 plus year old carpet to its prior condition. This action was taken in Nov '22. This customer has now resubmitted a complaint three months later (with no communication subsequent to Nov '22) about the same problem. Our position is we took corrective action in Nov '22 the customer was silent for over three months and now has filed a new complaint accusing us of neglegence again over the same issue.Customer response

This was never resolved in November 2022. I contacted ***** ********’s attorney in December and he never got back with me. As a consumer of the damaged carpeting I have tried to get this resolved, and there has been no resolution nor contact from ******** or his attorney after me reaching out to them.Sincerely,
