Integrity Roofing has been nothing but a nightmare for us. To start, the sales person missed the first 2 appointments he had scheduled with us. Finally, made it on the 3rd attempt. He convinced us we needed an entirely new roof. However, after the interactions and other workmanship we've experienced, we're pretty sure we did not. We had them install a new sliding glass door. The first door they installed was the cheapest door they could get their hands on at Lowe's. They charged us almost 10 times their cost. I was able to verify this because when they installed it, they left all the stickers all over the door that included the model number. They agreed to install a "better" door. It took them 7 weeks to get another door from Lowe's. If this is a real window/door company, why are they buying from Lowe's?? They installed the new sliding glass door. It is installed wrong. It has a hump in the bottom so the door is hard to open/close at that section. They were also supposed to fix a leaking egress window for us. Nope, it leaks worse now. We have been back and forth with them so many times, we never want them back at our house again. Not even to fix their bad workmanship. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

We are sorry that our sales rep started your experience with us by missing his first two appointments with you. It is important to us that appointments are not only made, but made on time - every time. We want to thank you for your grace and patience as you allowed him to make up the appointment and we also want to thank you for your feedback. When our sales rep inspected your roof, he found a lack of ventilation, which caused excessive heat/cold in your attic. This caused the shingles to fail prematurely. Part of our process is to show our customers our findings, by providing photos and educating them on what we look for. This is an important step, so the customer can see what we see, and this step was missed as you were not shown the photos he took that day. We do only offer specialty windows and doors. When our sales rep met with you, he determined that our line did not fit what you had in mind. He made accommodations to get a sliding glass door for you outside our line, however, more communication was needed to explain exactly what you were getting. We are relieved to hear that your sliding glass door only needed a simple fix to open and close smoothly but again, we are deeply saddened that we fell short. We are also extremely grateful that you took the time to share your experience with us and we will be providing additional training to our team to prevent this from occurring in the future.

Good quality and if there was an install issue they were on top of it. Initially there were real issues with communication internally. I complained, they absolutely took care of it. 5 stars for taking the complaint seriously and doing everything possible to fix the situation. We love the windows and doors

In Dec. 2017 we contracted with Integrity for a complete roof tear-off to be replaced with an Owens Corning system and lucky us we purchased the Platinum extended warranty. Fast forward to Sept. 2023. We noticed an anomaly in the roof at the ridge. I called the Warrensburg office and spoke with Ruth. She took the information, facilitated receiving texted photos, and promised to get back with me. Ruth did as promised! Integrity initiated negotiations with Owens Corning and kept me updated with an overview of the process. I need to mention here that Ruth very professionally dealt with my snarky comments regarding Owens Corning and their requirements to honor the warranty. Bottom line, Integrity came through big time. They installed a tarp to minimize interior water damage and made all repairs in a timely fashion. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the other main players in this process: Kayla assumed responsibility of keeping us informed of details as the process moved forward: Fernando and Sergio met with my husband (again as promised) to discuss and schedule the repairs. My definition if integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking. Integrity Roofing exceeded our expectations. Our thanks to each of you (and your crew) for a job well done.

They are a good company but it takes forever to get your order in. When we got our quote from our salesperson, we paid them the 50% cash payment they required up front but it was about 3 weeks when someone finally showed up at our door to do a 2nd measure. They can't place the order until someone does a 2nd measure. It just took way too long. And the storm door we ordered, we were told by our salesperson that it'd be able to slide down to convert to a screen door. When we got it, it absolutely doesn't do that. It's not what we wanted at all. Integrity offered us $100 off, which never happened, and made a cheap screen for the bottom half of our storm door. But we have to remove the glass before we can install the screen. Overall, the quality of their storm doors, windows and patio doors are about what you'd get at most big box stores, just more expensive. If you order from Integrity, make 1000% certain the people who order are giving you what you want, be prepared to spend a bit more and wait a little longer.

There also seems to be more confusion surrounding your patio door, when our Project Consultant offered the $100, he understood you to say that you preferred the screen instead – but we will get that check out to right away. Please rest assured, that your sliding glass door, window, and storm door are not only high-quality but also reliable. For instance, your patio door has a welded frame, plus it has a patented U-shape design (for the seal) that virtually eliminates seal failures, and it has a wheel sliding system which ensures smooth and quiet operation for years to come.
