I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue in June 2024, about a month later I started to have issues with it. I called several times and left a voicemail with no return calls, I went to the business, and the owner completely ignored me. I have gotten no resolution from the business owner and he is refusing to help in any way.Business response

As was explained to the customer, she is still under warranty. She can take the car to any shop of her choice, get the diagnosis, call into the warranty company with that information and the warranty company will advise her.Initial Complaint

I purchased a used 2014 Ford Explorer on 3-25-24 for 11,400.00. I drove the vehicle home 30 miles to ********** ******** **** ***** ********* When we got to town we started smelling an antifreeze smell. I called to make an appointment with my mechanic to have it checked out. I took the vehicle in on April 1st to have it checked and I was told that the water pump and timing chain need to be replaced. The water pump is leaking and has damaged the timing chain. The estimate for repairs is 3,768.00. I called *** ********* and explained what I found from the parking lot of the auto repair shop. *********** ***** *** ******* ************ - ******) I told him what they said. He stated he did not know that it had at leak. He said that seemed expensive and the thought it could be done cheaper in ********** ** ** *** **** ******* He stated because it was 4:45pm he would call the following day 4-2-24 and he would call me to see what could be done. I waited until 1:30pm on 4-2 and did not hear from him. I called and he did not answer my call. I called back at 3:00pm and he answered and stated he had not had time to call but he would right then and call me back. He has not called me back as of 8:03pm tonight. I called again today 4/3/24 at 3pm and there was no answer and his mailbox was full.Customer response
