Design Aire is the best! We have lived in our home for 50 years now and gone through many ************ companies, from absolutely terrible to the top line Design Aire. They tell what they are going to do and then do exactly what they have told you they would, on time, and WITHOUT any surprise "gotcha" charges. If something is not what they expected or quoted, they discuss it with you BEFORE they make the repair and let you choose whether you want or can afford the additional parts, work, etc. We have had an enitre new 1st floor furnace and AC unit installed, and had serie on those units as well. All of their people are very very good at what they do, and a second floor furnace is nearing replacement and we will be using them for it as well.Review from Ilene B

If I could give them 10 stars I would. From design to install, the Design Aire team was incredible. They were extremely careful and clean and once they were done and gone, you couldn't tell that they had just removed and replaced our HVAC system (except of course for the new and updated and whisper quiet equipment)! I would highly recommend Design Aire for any of your HVAC needs. From service to install, they are AWESOME!Review from Louis H

This company is outstanding. I have used their services for over 40 years and they are honest, trustworthy, and provide a great service. They will fix your furnace if they can and not try to just sell you a new unit. They will give you the best price/financing. This company has integrity.Review from Greg S

I just read the review from ********** below mine and we had the exact same experience. Both xxxx and x** were excellent in their work and manners . They were on time, neat and finished the job while explaining the process in what they had done and what we should expect with the rebate and paperwork that would be forwarded for the County inspection. We just started with Design Aire. The crew that installed our new furnace and air conditioner did a very good job. They arrived on time, and did a good job of explaining what they were going to do and what we needed to do. The crew chief was very professional in his communication with me at the start of the job, during the job, and at the end when he explained how the warranty worked, how the Ameren rebate would work, and when he explained the bill. If all of their crews are like the one I had, I can recommend them to anyone who needs a new furnace and/or air conditioner.
