On Sunday, February 6 2022, I placed an online order on johnnysweststl.com for $28.78. When I arrived I was told I did not place an order because they shut it down months ago. I showed them the website where online ordering was an option (still is 5 days later). They confirmed it was their website, but said the online ordering was shut down. I showed them my receipt and bank account that showed the money being held. The owner refused to give me the product I paid for. I was accused of lying, yelled at, and aggressively kicked out of the restaurant. Three days later, the processing payment has been taken from my account and given to the business.
