On August 14th 2024 I went to purchase a car from ******* at Value Automotive at ******************************************************** ******* had advertised on ******** that the car was emissions and safety compliant and that the car runs and drives great. During the sale i repeatedly asked ******* to disclose if there were any issues with the vehicle safety wise as I have three daughters and I wanted to make sure they would be safe. During this conversation ******* offered to let me buy cars at the auction under his license as long as I paid a $1000 fee to him and then paid another fee of 350 for each sale. In exchange he would do the paperwork for the sale. This sounded like a good offer but I have since been told that it should have been a red flag as that is not how dealers are supposed to operate. Upon purchasing the vehicle I got on the highway and was driving straight and felt the car lurch to the right almost causing me to lose control. The next day I took the vehicle to the service shop were I was informed that the vehicle was critically unsafe to drive and that it is no way the vehicle had passed safety testing and that I might have been given a counterfeit safety inspection. I had the vehicle inspected and was told to reach out to your office and the missouri state highway patrol. The vehicle did not pass safety and was in fact extremely unsafe to drive. I contacted the seller thinking that it might have been a honest mistake. He proceeded to tell me that he would buy the vehicle back from me so he could sell it to someone else after I registered the vehicle in my name. I felt very uncomfortable with the fact that he was willing to put another consumers life at risk by selling the vehicle without making the proper changes to make it road safe. I asked the seller if he would be willing to take the car back and issue a refund. He declined. I left a honest review warning other buyers on the sale and ******* proceeded to fabricate a story to try to cover his tracks.

Purchased a 2010 ***** 6 on March 28th, from owner *********************. Check engine light came on April 7th. Took car to Auto zone and it came back with error code P0421 Catalyic Converter and C0034-27 speed sensor. Tried getting a hold of Value Automotive Group Owner ********************* several times on company phone and through fb messenger and left multiple messages. I can see that the text messages on messenger have been reviewed, but no one is responding to them. This is a serious issue and needs attention asap. Car is needed for transportation on a daily.

Received a call from the owner's wife on 04/21/2023  and she stated that she needed to contact the owner of the vehicle to see if they had the money to give back.   I thought purchased the vehicle from the dealership.

March 18, 2022 I purchased a Dodge Journey 2010 for $4,500 from *************** who works for Value Automotive Group. the car had so many issues that I contacted the person who sold it to me and they promised to fix the problem. I then dropped the car back off to them so they can fix it as they stated. It was never fixed. It was sent to the shop and the shop informed them of all that was wrong including transmission, engine and other things. After months of no car and They then relayed that information to me and told me that they was done with the car and no longer putting any money into it. I was confused and at a lost because I'd bought the car already and didn't know what to do. I told them how can they just drop the ball when I purchased the car already. They then forced me into another car (a 2008 Saturn Outlook) which is the car I have now and I took it as I cried because it wasn't the car I wanted but due to finances I had no other choice. I'm now trying to get the title from this car and Value Automotive Group refuses to give me the title. I've had numerous conversations with The female owner of Value Automotive Group and id been getting the run around. All I want is my title. She sent the original title to the incorrect address and had to apply for another one that yet to this day have been received. She then rudely told me to call American auto auction to get the title when I shouldn't have to do that at. She told me she have no control over getting the title for my car. I then called the auction and they stated that she should have never told me to call because they cant talk to me and can only talk to the dealership which is Value Automotive group. I then contacted the lady back and she said she no longer wants to deal with me. I now don't know what else to do or how to get my title. I will have fee and fines for not registering my car on time when its not my fault at all but instead its the fault of these unprofessional scam artist dealership.
