I would give them zero stars, if I could. It took almost 4 weeks after placing my order to receive the case, which is well past the 7-10 business days listed on the website. The timeframe on the website kept changing and customer service was very rude when I asked for updates. I did not receive an email showing that the item shipped, as the website and customer service stated I should. When I asked to cancel my order due to their delay and misinformation, I was told that I would need to pay a restocking fee for their inaccurate information. We just received the case and it us beyond cheap and nothing like what the picture shows. There is no back to it and only a flimsy peg ****** The coloring is horrible and it is very poorly made. My husband doesn't even want it and I don't blame him because it is nothing like how it was described on the website. I would avoid this company like the plague. All the bad reviews are true and I want to save others from having the experience that I had and wasting $250 on a deceptive product.Farmhouse Store Co LLC Response

Let me correct several inaccuracies with this negative review. Our order processing times are boldly & clearly listed on our website. That information has not changed in over 4 years. As clearly listed, the approximate time it takes to process an order does not include the carrier's 5 to 8 business day transit time. This customer's order was placed on August 4th. It departed on August 13th from our facility. The carrier even documented that they experienced a delay in the delivery of this customer's item well after it had left our facility. It was delivered by the carrier on the 27th. Which was 12 days ago before this review was posted this morning. Our system logs all data from the carrier's scans and all emails from & sent to our customers. This customer emailed several times expecting us to rush shipping of her order. Our processing times were reiterated to the customer, at which time she became rude and condescending towards customer service. Our products arrive as listed on our website, We literally have dozens upon dozens of customer reviews and customer photos to back up how good the quality and service is with our company. The negative reviews we do receive are from customers like this one who decide to treat customer service poorly and that behavior is not tolerated by our representatives. In the last ******************************************************************************************************** to even request a return..which is extremely odd if she is infact unsatisfied with the product itself. We stand by our products and services. We do not tolerate customers being rude when we won't process their order ahead of others. We stick to our clearly listed processing times and procedures. We also have the data logs confirming that she was infact sent her tracking information via email. She even emailed us the day after confirming receipt of that information while also complaining about our clearly listed processing times. She enjoys lieing.Review from Sean M

This is a great concealment case, I am vary happy with my product as well as the customer service. There was a problem with one of my hinges, and the lid was not opening properly they quickly owned their mistake. Got back with me and put one in the mail. I do not say this to point out a bad product, we are all human and make mistakes , this company owns their mistakes and work diligently to fix them. I trust this company to do the right thing and make/deliver a great product and if they do not succeed, I assure you they will fix the issueFarmhouse Store Co LLC Response

BEWARE 0 stars if possible. They take no responsibility, so much blame on everything else. As stated in every email but AS STATED in my order you sent the wrong one lol. I said they ****** up and they said should what do you want? Me to **** you off? It makes sense why their FB doesnt show reviews. The product was good, but service and quality control *****. Esp since it took so long to get the product as there is so much quality control for it to go through. This customer, received the wrong design due to the shipping box being mis labeled. **************** apologized for the mix-up that occurred, offered to send the correct design, or issue a refund...and the customer started cursing out and belittling our customer service representative. So our customer service in turn gave it right back. we have always been very open about what happens if you are disrespectful to one of our customer service representatives over a mistake no less., As he admittedly said he did in the review. Furthermore, this customer also praised the product, did not want to return it and said he would keep the item even with the design being incorrect. We apologized & explained that mistakes can happen in our shipping department. very seldomly, and if that occurs, we fix the issue immediately as was offered. He viewed that as excuses and continued his RUDE disrespectful berating...He obviously needs an attitude adjustment, and enjoys talking to women in a very demeaning and belittling way. Lastly His order was processed and shipped as listed in the items description and as listed in our shipping updates section on our website, Which he admitted via email he did NOT read prior to placing his order. Hope he treats others better in the future, or one day someone is going to knock his teeth out for being so disrespectful. God Bless!
