      ***************** sales. I have driven the vehicle for 2 weeks and I have had multiple issues. When it gets hot it wont start. It has had various issues with the vehicle. Its a 2010 model so they are saying they wont lemon law it despite being an obvious lemon. I went to try to get insurance on the vehicle on it but when I went to get it, it was already totaled out. They say they didn&#**;t know that, but when they were telling them that they pull it on the computer and it was there clear as day. They knew things were wrong with it. I did buy extended warranty but that doesn&#**;t seem to do anything.

      Awful business, lied too was told the vehicle had never been wrecked or damaged. Junk warranty. Predator financing. Nothing but issues from day one with this vehicle. Transmission went out a month after purchase. Hub assembly 4 days after buying it. Leaking sun roof. Never fixed the radio or TV as promised. Look them up on all the complaints and ******** reviews. 2 stars and thousands of people scammed. They should be forced to close the doors.

      This person bought this van 2 YEARS AGO... We paid for 4 dvd in headrest and a new radio at ***** and she never showed up for two different appointments.. We also put in a new ACE transmission in on 07/08/2022 .. This lady is a LIAR..

      I have video evidence of what they have done. 

      I was going to just eat the lost but after seeing and hearing what they have done to so many others someone has to stand up to these guy. 

      And now we can add defamation of character as well.

      We bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara on January 25, 2022 from Lipscomb. When it was test drove with one f the sales men **** *****, we noticed a noise in the rear end and asked about it before the purchase was made. **** told us to bring it back down and they would take care of what ever the issue was. We called and Lipscomb stated to call ***** with 4** **** in Ozark, MO, we did and dropped the vehicle off for repairs February 8, 2022. They called us later and explained that the issue was a Bushing that was out in the rear end, and we would be required to pay half of the bill of $600.00, but they had to order special and it would be in in 3 days and they would contact us to bring it back. We called and spoke to **** ***** at Lipscomb and he stated that they would cover all $600.00 We attempted to contact them on February 22, 2022 and spoke to ***** that stated that the part was still not in from Off Road in Ozark, MO. We then attempted again February 25th and March 1, 2022. Still no part in. We took it to an independent shop of our choice on March 10, 2022 and he stated that someone had replaced the Bushings with an aftermarket part and the Jam Nut was welded to the Track Bar so he had to fix what had broke on the Track Bar and send it to a welding shop to have the Jam nut removed and them put back on. We ended up paying $229.22 that Lipscomb stated they would fix prior to the purchase of the vehicle by **** *****. We also wasted time and gas driving to Ozark, MO from Springfield, MO as well as time off work to get this taken care of before something else was damaged or it broke and caused the rear end to fall to the ground. They did not do an inspection prior to the sale of the vehicle to us either to make sure it was road safe, they only performed a IDOD on the vehicle as it was required for an out of state vehicle. Still to this date, we have not heard from ** **** (*****) or **** ***** from Lipscomb Auto about any repairs to the vehicle.

      I'm very sorry that ** **** did not get it taken care of, i'm also glad you got it fix for a whole lot less than they were going to charge you.

      There is nothing we can do about you time and gas but we hope you injoy your Jeep for years to come.
